9/3/2025 (5:30PM) This place could be running better if people are nicer. this young girl in drive thru have no manners at all. Even when I said thank you she gave me the dirtiest look like if she's doing me a favor! she's doing her job! Foreal 🙄. I barely come to this dunkin donuts but I'm gonna have to pick a different place. The food was good 👍🏻 but the service was meh 😐.

I waited too long for my ice coffee & I saw 3-4 people walking by it & no one brought it over to the window. I honked my horn & a rude girl came over & asked “what’s your problem”. WHAT? ARE SERIOUS? By then someone was sweeping the floor. She said I couldn’t have my coffee till he was done sweeping. I’ve had it with this place. I’m down here 3-4 times a week but I’ll give my business to another Dunks. Bunch of ingrates.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! HORRIBLE SERVICE! Orders are constantly wrong. Today I went and sat in the drive through for 10 minutes for them to tell me at 6:54 they were closed. THEY CLOSE AT 7!

I have been a loyal Dunkin' Donuts customer for years, and I particularly enjoy their cold brew coffee. However, my experience at this specific location has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.
On multiple occasions, I have ordered a black cold brew through the drive-thru, only to be given a regular iced coffee and charged for the cold brew price. Initially, I thought it might be a one-time mistake, but after this happening twice before, I'm convinced it’s a recurring issue.
Yesterday, I decided to place my order in-store, thinking it might help avoid the mix-up. To my dismay, I watched the staff pour a regular iced coffee instead of the cold brew I ordered. When I confronted them about it, they responded with, "How do you know the difference?" and insisted it was cold brew. As someone who has been drinking cold brew since its introduction, I can confidently say that I know the difference.
This location feels like a scam. Charging customers for cold brew and serving regular iced coffee instead is unacceptable. The lack of honesty and poor customer service is disappointing. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.

As a long-time coffee enthusiast who has been enjoying cold brew since its introduction at DD, I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Dunkin' location. Despite ordering a cold brew black coffee, I was consistently served a regular iced coffee and charged for the premium cold brew. This oversight not only affected the quality of my drink but also left me feeling undervalued as a customer.
I believe it's essential for businesses to prioritize customer preferences and provide the products they promise. Unfortunately, this location failed to meet those expectations. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to ensure that future customers receive the correct orders and the quality service they deserve.
Overall, my experience at this Dunkin' location was subpar, and I urge the management to improve their attention to detail and customer service to prevent similar incidents in the future.
