Pulled up to the drive-thru at 6:40, the store closes at 7pm on Sundays. After waiting about 2 minutes or so we see the worker through the window come by and turn off the lights. She looked back at us and walked away. This was 20 minutes before their closing time. It’s crazy, it’s like nobody wants to work these days.

If you want a great cup of coffee with lots of options, this is the spot! My cup of choice is a medium original with 3 pumpkin swirl and a French vanilla swirl. Pair this with a breakfast sandwich, and of course a cinnamon roll! I know! Don't judge me... Quick service is always a plus! At any rate, I absolutely enjoyed the energy of this location. The great Christmas decor, makes you want to give cups and coffee. I'm so excited when I visit Boston, because Dunkin' is everywhere!

Always friendly and have your orders ready in a timely manner.This location has just been renovated no too long ago, has plenty of seating and is always clean.They also have a drive thru window for extra convenience.Definitely worth the visit if you’re in a hurry and need a quick bite to eat.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap Parking ?️ at the front entrance

This morning at 6:40 a.m., I walked in to get my coffee, nobody was in the front, they had only 2 people working on the drive-through window, when I asked nicely if someone can help me there, both emplyees were super rude and the guy came to me and said " if you are busy just leave???!" With a very bad attitude. I asked him to be nice and to close the door if they were just serving the drive-through.The wost is that I went to the drive-through, and they gave me the worst coffee ☕️ that I have tasted in a dunkin'Donuts. No cream was added!Waste of time and money... No hospitality, not welcoming, no quality... this place used to be good before, even the manager used to be nice. Now they're ruining Dunkin' Donuts' reputation!!

I’m Brazilian and i overheard a Brazilian coworker just try and ask for help and everyone was ignoring her, she was wearing a training hat and she needed help and there was even a coworker who didn’t let her speak and just yelled at her. It made the environment extremely uncomfortable. I felt terrible for the girl and she didn’t deserve that anxiety. I get it can be stressful but not how it should’ve been handled. Hope she leaves and finds a healthier environment.
The coffee is always good! The staff is very friendly!
