We ordered a large family meal for takeout on Mother’s Day at 9:20pm. We were afraid they wouldn’t be able to make the order since they close at 10pm. They stayed open until 10:20pm to make our order fresh and it was delicious! We got the chicken and beef empanadas, shrimp ceviche, papusas, talipia fish plate x2, chicken and rice plate, shrimp tacos, carne asada plate, and Alfredo pasta. Great food and great service. This is a very quiet, hide-away hole in the wall restaurant with great food and great service. I would definitely return to this establishment again and again.
Here's what seems to me an authentic family run Mexican restaurant. They even had their kids running around when I was there. Very Homey. It's a tiny place and they speak Spanish to each other, which I think adds to the ambiance. Yes, they also understand English.
