Whoever runs this place is not a professional, we tried to buy some product and his response was “ if you trying to buy in bulk for your restaurant, come in a fill up a credit application and we can do business, if not don’t even bother” poor management and ignorance. I was trying your product to see if we can do business but guess what good luck now.

If this is the Fishermans Fleet that had a spot in Everett, and I’m pretty sure it is. I worked there back in the 80’s, and this is the next best thing to fresh off the boat, these guys know all the local fishermen and we supplied and sold more seafood than anywhere because it’s always fresh. He just insulted me , scolded me and discriminated against me when I asked if he excepted snap/food benefits !!!! Don't go here for business. Leave a like I'll tell you a more pleasant place to spend your money. I wanted to give him a few choice words but he isn't worth the energy

Hello, since no one has responded to me, I will make a formal complaint with the BBB...taking advantage of ppl sending spoiled lobsters without all the utensils!!!. This was a gross experience for my birthday..After inviting a couple over to eat & my mother becoming sick from the spoiled food. I did not know the cracked damaged clams were not good when I prepared them, the lobsters were thrown away..they were blueish green on the belly part.and the odor was not of fresh fish I know the difference & color of raw & cooked seafood..they knew when it was shipped it was spoiled. It is clear- you do not care about customer service..I will do my best to warn all potential consumers about your service & spoiled food!!!!I I tired contacting the company several times with NO feedback.. THEIR WEBSITE STATES: Enjoy our Industry first guarantee! Double your money back if you're not completely satisfied with the freshness and quality of everything we sell. This was not honored, I would of been a regular customer & so would my entire office. We send company gifts all the time..no one from the company got back to us! The Lobster clam bake we purchased was $180.00 If this is how you do business, you should not be in business.. I have read complaints on other sites since my experience 11/3/2015 with FISHERMANS FLEET INC. I wish I had read them first. VERY DISAPOINTED.. God knows this was purchased in good faith!..You should be ashamed of yourself making ppl sick.!!!!
