Friendly people but the place is Not clean at all. Dirty establishment. BOH needs to be called. When’s the last time this place was cleaned? Sanitary practices aren’t at the top of their list. ?And people who are saying the food is “great”? Really?????? stop lying. Restaurant is attached to their bar & you’re all probably just looking for a free beer. ?Parking: Difficult because of laundry mat next door and other establishment close by

The older lady is the rudest person I have ever met. I felt so unwelcome. But ate the food because I didn’t wanna act rude and leave. But that lady is so bitter. She expresses so much anger. The food was alright tho.Parking: Good parking

This dinner is awesome! Esp if you love old school vibes & classic dinner food. Trust the wisdom of the reviews… the breakfast potatoes taste like they captured your Grandma and trapped her in the kitchen. Parking was pretty easy - simple street parking. Prices were super reasonable too.

My first time at Franny's was definitely not the last! I walked in to the diner and instantly had a smile on my face because of the charm, it's people, and it's food! Reasonably priced as well.

Franny's is kind of a unique experience. The diner is on one side. There's a really cute old fashioned counter with small swivel stools that you can sit at and ice cream parlor tables. There's a large middle room with red leather like booths- that's my favorite place to sit because it's comfortable and there's rarely more than a couple other groups there, if that. And at the opposite side of the diner is a bar. The food is plain, but well made. Their home fries and french fries are especially delicious. It's a real, small neighborhood diner. It's worth a visit just to sit at the counter on the swivel stools and have french fries and a soda.

Decided on a whim to check Franny's out for breakfast and so glad we did! I loved the low key diner vibes, the server was very sweet and I loved seeing the cook chatting with the regulars. The food was absolutely delicious and we will definitely be coming back!
