Pap poor experience here today, Giovanni’s is my go to at least twice a week. Had a coupon that they would not honor, which clearly says free pizza and soda. Employee told me I was looking for charity. Such a rude thing to say to someone who orders from their establishment at least twice a week and tips every time. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, the North Shore is flooded with places that offer the same food as Giovanni‘s so they’re the ones who lost a customer
Just was charged 13$ fir a SMALL chicken cutlet had the equivalent of 6 bites of chicken lol total rip-off I’ll never be back I used to get a large fir 10$ with 4 times the chicken
