I really wanted that thinly sliced, tightly built roast beef with provolone & sauce for balanced flavor with O-rings ~ Yum!
Instead I opened my wrapped sandwich to find sauce stopped all over then bread, meat & foiled wrapper ~ the beef was definitely thicker & as I bit & pulled, the beef (& sauce) just kept coming! I could only manage half the sandwich
The O-rings were very good ~ May have been hand made ~ hot, crispy, [most] not too thick & portion nicely fit my comfort level
My order was to go

Good food, but ordered ziti and meatballs and they didn't give us any meatballs (they did charge for them)
Aside from the other locations for this particular Location STAY AWAY
EVERY TIME WE’VE MADE AN ORDER OF VARIOUS OPTIONS, SOMETHING IS ALWAYS MISSING OR OFF WITH THE END RESULT … I.e ORDERED A WRAP ONE TIME AND THE BUFFALO CHICKEN WAS COLD. Front desk, Will well has a liar rather than accepting fault that they were not able to comprehend the structure of the order given
Please do not let those pizza specials fool you there’s honestly a need for sanitation review with this location each and every time something is consumed here there is result of major diarrhea , digestive or stomach pain I am not kidding even look at the other reviews, especially the most recent something is fishy .
Don’t get me wrong. The guy at the front desk are cool, but if they’re not able to do their job or properly comprehend an order. Then it would be best to consider letting someone else do it
There was even a time when we called out the guy on the wrong order and he claimed that we were liars And refused to take our order. When we had encountered him in person, he tried to condescend and boast about him having several other stores in that money is no issue totally disrespectful. Never will take my hard earned money there again.

Good food but unacceptable I found sharp plastic piece in my pasta as I chewed on it.
My first time at this place, I arrived and the table I sat at had bread crumbs and the one next to it had some crumpled napkins because I sat at the big tables even though it was just me and my son. We ordered some bread sticks with cheese and 2 pepperoni rolls. When I received the order, I noticed that the bread sticks with cheese were quite brown. It wasn't a soft melted cheese, it was even crunchy, but my son was hungry. We were in the next loundry for a long time and my son said to me, "It's okay, mom, I'm hungry." I just let him eat, but when he bit into my pepperoni roll, to my surprise, it was a mini eggroll with a mixture of something that didn't taste like cheese and pepperoni. Even worse, it was frozen. I mean, they take this out of the freezer even though it is super small and should only be cheese and pepperoni... very good, they can make it at the moment and more than that I wait a few good minutes for my order ... I asked my son and he told me that his roll was cold but not frozen and he ate it... I returned mine and the manager wanted to give me another one and I told him no and he insisted and sent it to me to make it again, I don't want to tell him that I didn't like his horrible mix of the supposed roll peperoni ,other than the breadsticks with cheese were burnt, they were not soft nor was melted cheese soft, they were crunchy... but I accepted the new roll, which is a mini eggroll, no. Well, the price is not that good and it's not cheese and pepperoni... this is my opinion and what happened to me in this place... maybe it's good for someone else, I honestly won't spend my money in this place again... apart from the fact that I had a swollen stomach and my son and I had diarrhea that day and it's real, I'm not exaggerating at all.

I decided to try Giovanni’s roast beef sandwich “three-way” with horseradish, and let me just say, the bun was the star of the show—because the rest of the sandwich had all the flavor of a wet napkin. It took over 30 minutes to be prepared, and by the time it did, I was wondering if they’d gone out to personally slaughter the cow.
The dining room felt like a walk-in freezer, which I assume is a clever strategy to distract you from the food. But the real kicker? That sandwich staged a full-blown rebellion in my stomach, leaving me sidelined for the next two days.
Giovanni’s might be the place if you’re looking for bland food, a chilly dining experience, and an unplanned cleanse. Otherwise, I’d steer clear.
Perhaps a rebrand is in order, an establishment with the name of a food on its name, should at least make that food well.

Terrible service, I went twice... and always with a guy of Indian origin, I noticed that he treats the delivery guys too!
All the food dishes are very tasty.
This restaurant provides quality and quantity, great place to eat.
Every time I come in here, immediately greeted with positive energy. These guys know portion sizing too! Would also like to add they have a stellar steak and cheese sub, and excellent honey mustard sauce for chicken. Very personable cashier, ready to connect with a customer on a level beyond the job. Will be revisiting soon! 5/5

OK so maybe this is a pet peeve of mine, but I have certain expectations for a takeout joint which specializes in pizza (it is in their name after all), among other items.
The crust is one of the most important components in pizza. Otherwise, why not just pick up a frozen pizza from supermarket with its' typically flat, unrisen cracker like texture.
The crust at this place is basically the same as that frozen variety of pizza.
A true, Italian style dough is one the has been risen and knocked down a couple of times in order to develop that fresh yeasty flavor and then hand tossed in the air in order to achieve
that classic chewy texture of a good loaf of crusty Italian bread. You should see a risen ting of dough around the edges that offer that satisfying crunchy yet chewy texture,, not a flat dry edge that looks and feels like a tasteless cracker.
The pizza in this place is made w dough that has been stretched and sitting in pans in the fridge I'm guessing, so it's the easy way out.
If you want a true New York style chewy crusted pizza rim don't bother with this place ... you'll be disappointed.
Plus the added toppings are very skimpy. I ordered a sausage pizza and could barely taste the meat.
Excellent service ??
