Horrible service. Scammers!!! You would think a large chain store can fix payment issues but no! I paid double for my boba all because the order didnt go through their slow temu machine. My payment went through but because the machine didnt take the order they said i would have to retry and repay. This meant i paid DOUBLE for some lousy mediocre boba. DO NOT go here. Workers are absolutely useless here.

The milk tea is good, I like the milk tea here very much! Since I don't like it too sweet, I always choose 50% or 30% sugar. The cashiers were very good when I went there before, and they came to ask if I needed to order in a timely manner, but the service staff this time was not so good. I stood there for a long time, and they looked at me several times, but they didn't come to help me order. Because I wanted to use cash, I had no choice but to order on the self-service machine.

I've been shopping at this store, but they've had terrible customer service lately. When I go to the store, they have the XL cup size out front, but when you ask, they tell you they don't have it. I used to add a lot of toppings to my drink, but now they only let you add 2, even if you're willing to pay extra for each topping, they'll give you attitude. I tried ordering a pearl milk tea at on doordash, but they only sent the tea without pearls. I've been having bad luck with Gong Cha lately. They used to provide really good customer service, but not anymore.
The employees are always thoughtful and helpful when taking orders. The atmosphere is never crowded, which I love. Every time I order my drink, they get the sugar level just right and even add extra toppings. I 100% recommend this place to others.

I always ordered the same drink (Oolong milk tea, 30% sugar, 30% ice) at all Gong Cha locations including Malden, Woburn, Burlington, Chinatown, and Dorchestor. The Malden location made it taste more like water, compared to the other locations. I gave it so many tries and still got the same results. The staff are very nice. However, the milk tea quality is very disappointing. Does not matter how much I craved for milk tea, I avoid coming back here and would rather drive further to other locations. There are plenty of parking across the street btw.

The publick wifi of Gong Cha is really bad and it does not connect at all. I am a frequent customer at GC malden and this is dissapointing of service. I asked for a different wifi but the staff refused (12/22).
