I don’t know why I agreed to come to this KFC. We were at the urgent care close to it and my wife said let’s go to the closest one. Usually I do research before coming to a KFC as each varies wildly to another. The one in Malden close to my home is amazing and this is just bad. They seem in a bad mood, and I never have been told to wait in parking lot when I am at a drive through. Lo and behold they told us to wait and it took forever to come. They didn’t have Nashville hot sauce which is my favorite sauce.

Folks please look at your receipts! These guys cathedral $2-$3 more than what should be charged and they're very sneaky about it. If you ask for receipts they sat they ran out of paper.

Went through drive thru. thought everything went well, ordered for 2, paid.. come to find out they did not give both orders. I did not get the 3 tenders I wanted. too tired to drive back so as one meal was given I opted to wait on eating since when I went home I could order somewhere else. well I ended up driving straight home.you thought you did a favor.. you should have double checked that as 2 people were talking maybe both wanted somethingthe food was great I got a taste. wish I could have gotten my food and as I live too far from there not worth my time other thannext time if the person ordering is confused at price, maybe you should double check that all the food the person (people) wanted is there. no wonder a 20$ order dropped to 10 $ give or take.so it should have been 5 stars given however I won't drop to 3.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the quality of the food I received from your restaurant tonight. I placed an order for original fried chicken through Uber Eats at 9:30 PM. When I received my order and took a bite, I was shocked to discover that the chicken had absolutely no flavor. The only taste I could detect was a very faint saltiness on the crust. The chicken itself was completely bland, devoid of any spices or seasoning.In fact, the chicken even tasted like boiled chicken. I was expecting the crispy, flavorful KFC chicken that I have come to love over the years, but instead, I received a tasteless, bland piece of meat.This was without a doubt the worst KFC I have ever tasted. It is clear that there is a serious issue with quality control at your restaurant. How can you possibly serve food that is so far below KFC's brand standards? I am deeply disappointed with this experience and will not be returning to your establishment in the future.I urge you to investigate this matter and take steps to ensure that this does not happen again. Your customers deserve better than this.

Thank so much for the food poisoning! I was sick all morning! . I haven't threw up that much in my life except when I drank. Guess what I don't drink. Couldn't even get outta bed. Finally did out both ends.

I do not drink soda so I love that they offer Brisk Iced tea instead of the standard Hi-C orange or lemonaid offers. The people there are pretty cool and quick to get the order ready. The food is tasty though can get a bit on the greasy side (expected with fried chicken so that is easily overlooked) and my son who is picky about eating really enjoyed their food. Definitely a win.
Wheelchair accessibility: While it is easy for a wheelchair to get to the doors, they are the typical 2-door system that might make it a bit difficult for a wheel chair to get inside. Fortunately, they do have drive up windows unless the person wanted to eat in.

The employees were very nice. I had to check my food and a couple of my items were wrong they got me the right sides but I ordered a 12pc bucket but only received 8 and didn't realize until I was home. I spent almost $60 but didn't receive my full order. Check your food before you leave
