Gave me total wrong order in a drive threw for the 2nd time in 6 months .Only reminds me to never go back .How do you confise a 3 piece boneless strip meal to a 2 piece 2 thigh meal ...So sick of driving off with wrong orders.How rude is it that u have to check every item in a bag at the drive threw window. .

Chicken and fries were hard to eat. The person at the window was EXTREMELY RUDE. The only thing that was hot was my Mac and cheese. I did not get a fork or a spoon. The person who took my order was nice. But they need to work on having better attitudes quality food and respect. I love kfc but if they are going to act like it will drive customers away🫤

I bought four chicken breasts+ went right home + deboned it and put it in my freezer bag and the smell of it was so bad I had to throw it all out I should have brought it back and got my $15 back but I won't be going back there to the Malden store

Their chicken isn't good because they re isn't drumsticks or thighs and their gravy is like water. I mean the gravy need to be thick not watery that say this kfc won't last.
The people who serve are very friendly and speak English and Spanish.

I don’t know why I agreed to come to this KFC. We were at the urgent care close to it and my wife said let’s go to the closest one. Usually I do research before coming to a KFC as each varies wildly to another. The one in Malden close to my home is amazing and this is just bad. They seem in a bad mood, and I never have been told to wait in parking lot when I am at a drive through. Lo and behold they told us to wait and it took forever to come. They didn’t have Nashville hot sauce which is my favorite sauce.
