I regularly come to this location and I get the same thing every time. Today picked up an order from the girl Lili, I assume she made the drink and packed it since she was the only one present ( and she was packing other drinks as well ) as I got home and picked up the drink half of it spilled all over the floor and bed because of poorly sealed cup. Ridiculous and annoying, please check the lid/cups before putting in the order again.
Overall location is still decent, the night shift is usually friendlier.

Used to stop by here all the time for some hot ginger milk tea w/ bobba. The past couple times it’s been very disappointing. It feels like the recipe changed. Now it tastes just like milk. I miss the taste of ginger smacking me in the face. Sad, but it’s the end of an era. I will no longer be coming back.

I’d understand if you canceled my order if I ordered with 30-40 minutes left of closing time but an entire hour? They claim to close at 11 but can’t fulfill orders when ordering an hour before. If you can’t fulfill orders then why even stay open in general ? Just close the store at that point, honestly you guys have the best drinks but I feel like the workers put in the minimum effort.
Good place to grab some bubble tea. Especially my son loves this place.

This is one the best spots to get all your favorite drinks. they make the boba so chewy and soft. you might have to wait a while and it’s a bit small inside so pick up or deliver are better imo…

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The customer service was terrible. There were two staff members who stared at customers, whispering and laughing amongst themselves. They never greeted or smiled. As a new customer, I needed some guidance on choosing a drink, but they didn't bother to explain anything. Very bad experience.
