I come here often and have never had problems. Staff is always quick, even when it’s busy. I always get the same thing and it’s always good. There’s a small seating area as well

Not a bad spot, but a few things could be better. I ordered my drink at 50% sugar, expecting it to be more balanced, but it was surprisingly sweet. The staff weren’t very welcoming—no greetings or smiles—and when my sister asked about adjusting the sweetness in her drink, the employee gave her an odd look. The drinks are affordable, so it’s fine for a quick stop, but overall, the experience wasn’t great.

First time trying king fu tea. The coconut milk tea was amazing like a pina colada without the booze. The girl that helped me was very patient with me, as I did not know what to order but was glad I got the order I did will definitely be back

Today I went to buy a tea but a young man with glasses attended me and told me that they didn't have any tea and it was 8:15 PM and it's not just the first time they do that to me??

I regularly come to this location and I get the same thing every time. Today picked up an order from the girl Lili, I assume she made the drink and packed it since she was the only one present ( and she was packing other drinks as well ) as I got home and picked up the drink half of it spilled all over the floor and bed because of poorly sealed cup. Ridiculous and annoying, please check the lid/cups before putting in the order again.
Overall location is still decent, the night shift is usually friendlier.

Used to stop by here all the time for some hot ginger milk tea w/ bobba. The past couple times it’s been very disappointing. It feels like the recipe changed. Now it tastes just like milk. I miss the taste of ginger smacking me in the face. Sad, but it’s the end of an era. I will no longer be coming back.

I’d understand if you canceled my order if I ordered with 30-40 minutes left of closing time but an entire hour? They claim to close at 11 but can’t fulfill orders when ordering an hour before. If you can’t fulfill orders then why even stay open in general ? Just close the store at that point, honestly you guys have the best drinks but I feel like the workers put in the minimum effort.
