When we came in, it was empty but smelled delicious, warm spices. Man at front desk was nice enough. The hummus wasn’t particularly flavorful and had too much tahini making it almost bitter. The kebab I’m not sure if it was fresh. Not bad. Rice decent. Appetizer was a chicken roll thing, tangy taste to it, not particularly good. Also, it was very cold inside so it’s apparent there was no heat put on so I put my coat back on. My boyfriend didn’t like any of the food either and didn’t finish it either. Neither of us will be returning back.

Have eaten here several times over the past year. The food has always been delicious, absolutely fresh (the tabouleh tastes made-to-order) and overall have enjoyed the experience. Yes, it's a one-man show and sometimes the food takes longer than what you usually expect, but it's been worth the wait. Will definitely return.

It took for ever to have our food! It looked like there was only one person available to attend the guests. Visit only if you have no constraints. The food quality is questionable as well. I will not visit this place again.

Extremely long wait for takeout. 30minutes past estimated time. When food was received there was an open container spilling contents into the bag. Will not be returning to this place.

Upon entering, the aroma of exotic spices and freshly baked bread wafts through the air, awakening your senses and igniting your appetite. The décor is a fusion of modern elegance and traditional charm, with intricately designed carpets adorning the floors and soft, ambient lighting casting a golden glow over the space. But it is the menu that truly steals the show. Bursting with an array of authentic Middle Eastern dishes, each offering is a masterpiece crafted with precision and passion. Begin your culinary adventure with an assortment of mezes, from creamy hummus and smoky baba ghanoush to crispy falafel and tangy tabbouleh, each bite bursting with flavor and freshness. For the main course, prepare to be transported to the streets of Beirut or the markets of Marrakech with an array of mouthwatering options. Indulge in tender lamb kebabs, succulent shawarma, or fragrant tagines, each dish a symphony of spices and textures that dance on your palate. No Middle Eastern feast would be complete without a sweet finale, and DARNA certainly delivers on that front. From decadent kunafa dripping with honey and nuts to creamy, rose-scented rice pudding, each dessert is a celebration of indulgence and tradition.

The beef shawarma is filled with great flavor. One of the best I’ve had in the Boston area. Incredible friendly staff as well.

Food was very tasty! I liked how flavorful the kebab was and how tasty and well cooked the hummus and pita were! We also got the spicy potatoes which were delicious and had a tasty red sauce! Definitely better than the other middle Eastern restaurants in Boston and the owner is very nice- he is also the cook, waiter, etc. Would come back ?

Love the kebab and falafel here, the presentation was fun. I got the mix grill it was very good. Would be nice to have some sort of combo with more vegetables. It was also a little chilly for eating indoors

Vegetarian options: Falafel but otherwise pretty meat heavy

Dietary restrictions: Some gluten free options
