. Bad barbecue; salty and tough, it was the first time I ate tough meat here in the U.S. I arrived at the restaurant at 9:30 p.m 09/24 and there were few customers. I ordered a rare picanha, the grill chef cut the meat super thick. I realized that he wanted to get rid of this tough meat, as the restaurant was going to close.
If the barbecue chef doesn't know how to control waste, it's not my fault and I don't want to pay for it. I sat down at the table and when I saw 3 tough, salty and terrible pieces of meat weighing half a kilo, I felt cheated.

Everything is chef’s kiss here! Their cuts of meats are top notch and so flavorful. Their rice is not just plain white rice, it’s also properly flavored. I came here for a second time and got the brisket but it didn’t have enough time to roast so it was a bit too fatty and tough to chew. I notified the manager and he was very quick to replace it with some amazing cuts of flank steak and top sirloin. I loved the quick resolution and ensuring that the customer is satisfied. Thank you!☺️

Our family (4 of us) has been going to Mineirão almost every week since they opened and this last week the experience was not good…
Upon looking at the check I noticed that 2 of our 4 plates were charged a different price per pound (50% more). When I asked I was told it was because it had more meat than everything else ??? this is nowhere to be mentioned or said anywhere. Also our daughters had almost no meat on their plate and were not charged less for not having any meat — talk about double standards!
Manager came to our table and said owner now mandates them to overcharge so be careful.
$165 lunch for 4 seemed way too much and without ANY alcohol!!!
Will be going to other places moving forward!
