Reserved a room for six, two hours. Attendant had no idea we were coming. Did not spend time to make sure people got started okay. Wasted first hour trying to figure out how to play together. Spent second hour realizing they do not provide licenses to play games- you need to own.
The private room had no airflow and was WAY too hot. The cafe behind the counter had nothing but warm soda. If this is their level of service, what a sad excuse for a business. I'd ask for my money back if I could stand to go back

Yea so amazing!! I booked a private room 24 hours in advanced. Paid online and I show up and the place is magically closed! Just a “Be back soon sign” at 8:30pm. Phone number doesn’t work, dm on instagram doesn’t work. Going to have to charge back through my bank. What an actually scum way to do business. They had more than enough time to notify and chose not to for a couple bucks.
Edit: contacted the owner and he is working to get me a refund.

If you are not Asian DO NOT come here. I’ve been in and out of this place since 2020. It used to be owned by Wanyoo. Wanyoo gave this place up and these new owners came in and pretty much use this as their little cult club house. If you are not Asian you will be discriminated against. I got told I had to leave if I wasn’t playing any games. It’s a gaming cafe…. Since when can you not lounge before you game? ESPECIALLY when tons of Asian people come in here and do exactly that. They don’t even play any games. I’ve put money into this business just to be treated like this.If you’re not Asian here, they will look at you like you’re in the way. I promise you. Go to Balance patch in Boston if you want to go to a place where all gamers are welcomed and can be comfortable. Not this cult that only opens to the public 2 days out of the week if they feel like it.************Edit:In reply to the representative, I didn’t get “caught” doing anything. I never hid anything. I brought my own console to the cafe MANY times because YOUR OWN gaming cafe doesn’t have any for some ODD reason. I didn’t bypass any system either. Why would I need to bypass your system if I’m not even using your system? I’m using my own console. Clearly you’re not very smart, and probably are on the spectrum. They didn’t like that they weren’t making any money off of me playing on my own console (I still spent money at their cafe) which is weird because I see Asian and white people come in here and play on their Nintendo switch or on their laptops but they’re not told to leave or asked to pay any money. But to show a sign of GOOD FAITH, I paid them $150 for the couple weekends I had came in the past, even though they wanted to charge me like $400 because they were trying to charge me for every day of every weekend when I would only come once a week which doesn’t make any sense. I didn’t even have to do this. They also didn’t mention that they were singling me out and STALKING ME on the cameras to even notice me playing on my console, and then they kept doing it for months. Mind you I’m a black male. Here is where I should’ve stopped coming. But I didn’t, instead, I’d load money on my account and have an unoccupied computer running with money on it, that way they’d get paid for me being there while I’m on MY OWN CONSOLE since they do not have any of their own in their “gaming cafe”. As for me charging my phone today, yes, I wanted to chill and lounge while waiting on my friend that’s was with me earlier, to get back. My account history will show that I spend money here frequently so I don’t see what the issue was if I’m not somebody that’s known to come in here and not provide any business.I’m actually glad everyone gets to see their response because you can see how much of a liar and a manipulator they are. Making things up instead of taking accountability. Nothing I said was racist towards the “Asian Gaming community”. I didn’t discriminate against anyone’s race. YOU DID. I just stated the facts on what I witnessed here at your business. You kick everybody out and then all the Asian people come in every night and form their cult and do whatever loud activities it is that they do. They don’t even play any games on any of the computers. They just occupy the space and come in and out to smoke cigarettes. How do I know? Because I frequent other businesses in the same building. It was almost three o'clock in the afternoon when I came here to play games, but I just happened to catch up with the computer system update and couldn't log in to the game at all. The store clerk was very enthusiastic and spent more than half an hour helping to solve the problem and also gave me extra game time. However, the air conditioning was not turned on in the store at first. It was very hot, especially in summer, which was unbearable, but I was too embarrassed to tell the clerk. Later, when there were more people, the air conditioner was turned on, around five o'clock. I think the store can improve this. No matter how many people there are, the air conditioner must at least be turned on, otherwise the temperature will rise in summer and the heat will be unbearable.

Wow. I can't imagine how good this place is. This Cafe is one of the best in all of MA. They have the perfect staff so kind so nice. The design and detail inside the place is amazing. They have a racing car setup for only 1. Multiple pc's, and VR with private rooms and Mojang. They also have boba but someone them need a refill. I would literally ask for infinite hours if I stay here all the time. I have been here around 9-10 times with one of being with my whole favorite cousins. A suggestions I would say is add new games that are getting into the community like COD and maybe add 2 consoles. There specs are beauty in the pcs. They have a I9 Processor with the newest amd rysen CPU with a 2060 RTX and a asus motherboard with a cpu cooler. If I had one wish. Infinite hours here would be it. I would live ong. So if your tryna game here. This is the place. I just came here yesterday ballin out with the racing car setup in forza 5. Might come here again today or tmmrw.
