Got the Sweet Chili Avocado Wrap during lunch break at work. Had to come back and order it again for dinner.
For people who like flavor and spice, this wrap hits all the notes. So delicious and flavorful and a great portion for the cost. Picked it up with a smile from the lovely chef.

Order up signature sub fat Willard description is not what I got. I did not have marinara sauce on it I had cheap tomato sauce. It was not garlic bread. I had two pieces of chicken on a large sub as well as only two pieces of mozzarella sticks. And replaced with fries. I've ordered up in the past and it's not been like this. I've been eating fat willards for at least 16 years. Neither the Malden or the Beverly shops ever made it like this. This was not a complete sub as ordered. August 27th 2024 ordered at 5:00 p.m.

This place been around forever very great workers always respectful. This Sub is called A “FAT WILLARD” lol ? one of my favorite ? but I love all there food to be real. ????

My wife and I ordered two steak tip salads, but we were disappointed with the quality. The steak tips were of poor quality and seemed to be a different meat cut altogether. Additionally, my wife found a hair in her salad. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with what we would consider the worst steak tips ever.

Ordered a salad with no onions when it got delivered to my work it had onions on it. I called and was told to just pull them off. Also, (same order) two other co workers order frozen yogurt and there were hairs in both the yogurts (not just 1 hair) Called to complain again and was told I could be given a 10% discount on my next order!!! Seriously, not we will refund you??? 10% off my next order, no thanks we will not be ordering from here again!!! My total order was $148.

Ordered delivery, and it was very fast, kudos to the driver. However my California burger was badly burned, and lacking the advertised sauce. It was incredibly dry. I had hopes for the tiramisu I ordered but found it okay but bland, and as I got more into it the ice crystals started crunching and I realized it was still frozen.

I got The Polo Sandwich, the menu said nothing about BBQ sauce being on the chicken and I assumed it would be a whole piece of chicken where it was on two pieces of bread. it was mulched up chicken smothered in BBQ sauce. Totally negated the pesto sauce and did not go well with the roasted red peppers. All I could taste was Sweet Sticky BBQ sauce. I was not a fan of this sandwich at all. Other food we have gotten here has been fine. Thia was just not good!!!
