Hazelnut Creme is hands down, The Best! Great customer service too!
I’ve had an issue with the last pods I bought. The coffee grounds fill my coffee cup and I have to wash everything. I’m disappointed because I love the coffee.
My go-to for my seasonal favorite: Vermont Maple Walnut. Love the location and service!

Their new pods are miserable. Every morning my wife has to go fishing to get rid of all the coffee grounds. It doesn’t matter who often she thoroughly cleans the keurig. It’s a very annoying start to her day. We’ve got 4 unopened boxes of 12 pods each, anyone want them?
The older lady serving at the counter gave me such an attitude from nowhere, I was just asking if there were any espresso drinks because there is no menu on the wall! Then she rolled her eyes to me and said latte or cappuccino which one you want.
I came to try this place with good intentions and that’s how you treated new customers.

if you are looking for an affordable gluten free coffee you've found it. 🥰 This is now a staple brand in my kitchen for coffee that doesn't cause me issues like other brands.....just check the bag for yourself and it states gluten free right on the side
Lisa is exceptional! I'm grateful for my morning coffees thanks to wonderful people like Lisa.

I had a very unpleasant experience with an older lady working there. She was quite aggressive and, unfortunately, came across as somewhat racist. I went in just to buy a coffee, but her attitude completely ruined my day. I'm not sure why she behaves that way, but it certainly doesn't reflect the spirit of American hospitality. I truly hope someone addresses her behavior soon.
Can you stop baking your coffee and release those smoke and pollute the living environment around Malden center late at night

Great coffee delicious cappuccino.
After searching for a local place to get a decent cup of coffee I stumbled upon this small shop and figured I’d give it a shot. I love to support local businesses large or small.
Every week day since I’ve been going to get my coffee there and haven’t strayed. The flavors of coffee are exceptional as I love black coffee and don’t add anything to it.
The service provided from the women (Lisa) behind the counter is exceptional. Usually jokes are being cracked or we share a serious conversation. She takes the time to get to know you.
As a local first responder it means a great deal to me for people to often be thankful in a thankless profession. Lisa at New England Coffee always ensures that I feel welcomed and makes me a great cup of coffee to get through the long days.
I found my spot for the long run!

I absolutely love this place! I have loved it since I walked in day one and met the amazing woman running it!
After over hearing a not positive experience from a first time picky customer recently, I decided to post my love for the amazing woman who runs it and makes this place exceptional!
I discovered this shop due to the great reputation it has among locals. It did not disappoint! The woman who runs it works hard to brew coffee the perfect way and it shows! They brew coffee in specific flavors and since I drink mine black .. this is a hidden gem! They change flavors daily and weekly and she hustles to keep everything perfect! I am happy to see so many others I work with flowing into this spot!
The prices absolutely blow away other coffee shops! This is the most Perfect coffee I personally have ever had and I was a huge fan of another local spot untill I stumbled upon this!
Any true local will tell you we judge places by the service and coffee… there is not enough stars to rate this place I would give it 100 stars if I could!

I was really excited to try this place after driving by a few times and thinking how cute it looked. Unfortunately the woman working the counter really seemed to not want customers there. I actually gave it 3 chances in case she was having a bad day, but I guess they were all bad days. The first day she was quite nice and said she was surprised at how friendly I was (maybe she doesn't get a lot of friendly customers?), so the second day I brought my husband in to show him the place, and her first sentence was "you'll have to wait a while" instead of hi or good morning. We were the only people there and were completely fine with waiting, but she made a point to let us know that she was super busy and seemed annoyed to have to take our order. She also made a strange remark that we were "too young to be married" (we're 31), which may have been some sort of weird joke but it came off very unsettling to both me and my husband. I went one more time on a different day, and again I was the only customer in line, but she said she couldn't make a drink for me because she had 11 pounds of coffee bags to grind first. I instinctively said that was okay and waited, but after a moment I realized she gave no indication of how long this would take. I asked if it would be 5, 10, 15 minutes? and she just said yeah. So I took the hint that she was trying to get me to leave, and went to go find coffee somewhere else. Well, I tried!
