I came once and tried the crab noodle, loved it. Then I started ordering it as delivery. The first two times that I ordered tasted the same like I had it in the restaurant, but today I ordered again, somehow it tasted very light compared to before. It used to be 2 crab claws before, now only one, the noodle also changed. I really love your food, but I hope you guys can change the crab noodle to how it was.

The food is great but the place is so weird inside. Awfully quiet with the tv off and no music, giving it bit of a creepy vibe. The staff also seem timid, that adds to the odd experience. And they served me the main course before appetizer.

Our kids are absolutely obsessed with the pho here, and it has become their go-to restaurant, even for their birthdays. The flavors are consistently amazing, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. 1. The restaurant booth is most uncomfortable. One layer of wooden back. Very hard and shaking by the people of the back side.2. The appetizer chicken teriyaki is cold and overcooked. Taste like a charcoal from the bottom of the grill.3. The noodles soup looks like garbage. All noodles are overcooked and sticky together. Taste like eating MSG only. Meat is no taste at all. Not worth $16.00.4. Service is terrible, two part time student serving my table. They are watching their phones more than serving my table. So sorry I can’t put up a good word for these two waiter or so call waiter.5. Their bathroom is disgusting. I don’t want to touch anything in there. So dirty and wet floor.

They don’t have boba. And they won’t refund/compensate for not having boba on my mobile order. Store called me to tell me there’s no boba and had the audacity to say “it’s only a dollar” and wouldn’t compensate it for something else. They then pressured me to let them accept the order still I should have just cancelled and put in another one. Terrible customer service. Need training.
