Saigon NV Reviews
very poor and rude service when you order to pick up . I ordered extra fish sauce and extra grilled pork , they didn't put them in the bags , I called to talk to manager , he's super rude , he yelled at me and didn't apologize. Then another time I ordered pho special , no rare beef , they put rare beef in there and wrote : next time . My question is why they didn't take rare beef out and they left it there , I don't eat rare beef . I hope owner will read this and talk to manager...read full review

Saigon NV is a popular Vietnamese restaurant known for its delicious food and affordable prices. The Phở Dặc Biệt (special noodle soup) is a highly recommended dish, and many customers say it has the best pho broth in the greater Boston area. The food is authentic Vietnamese, and the pork is something people can’t even describe. It’s definitely bang for buck. The menu variety is loved, with plenty of options like Bun Bo Hue and Banh Canh Cua, allowing customers to order exactly what they want, including extra broth and steamed veggies. Vegetarian options are available, with vegetable and noodle or vegetarian rice and tofu dishes. The restaurant's convenient location near Malden Center station and cozy atmosphere make it a go-to spot for many. It’s wheelchair accessible and has plenty of street parking, though it may get busy during peak hours. Saigon NV remains a favorite among locals for its authentic and satisfying Vietnamese cuisine, with many recommending it as a must-try for those seeking a mom and pop restaurant experience. The staff moves fast, and it is often better to eat in the restaurant than to get takeout.
