Food was great tonight and place was running at full capacity, with a very short staff.For the first time in my life, my family and I had to wait for about 15 min to get our order... which was incomplete.Very nice people, really. But on weekends, be prepared for extended wait times.

I ordered the summer fresh rolls from Saigon NV for a light meal on a hot day. Aside from the wrap itself and the protein (I ordered tofu and shrimp) these rolls were almost entirely comprised of shredded lettuce and rice noodles. Nota sprig of basil between them which made them regrettably bland.

Lest me see what I found in my pick up order! Thanks god! I poured the rice noodles into my bowl otherwise may I don't found it and eat it! Disgusting! I wouldn't return anymore and I don't care your refund. I want to more people see this review and I will complaint about it.

I ordered for take out pho soup and avocado shake but it did not taste avocado and the color of the shake was white. The pho broth was not hot.

Wanted to try this place out with a friend for lunch on one of the only two weekends I get off from work. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and professional. Everyone wore masks and there was still spacing and barriers up from the pandemic. Definitely made me feel thought of and cared for (even though both friend and I have been vaccinated for months). Plus, most people were getting takeout, so there was really no problem anyway; we chose to sit outside though, not for that reason, but because it was nice out and a nice breeze.I only thought to take photos of my food, but we both thought it was great and affordable with huge portion sizes. For appetizers, he got spring rolls with ground pork and I got grilled sugarcane with shrimp paste. For entrees, I can't remember exactly what he got, but it was something like yellow stir-fried noodles with chicken and vegetables while I got the pho beef noodle with eye round steak, flank, brisket and tripe. Then Vietnamese iced coffees for dessert.It's right on Main St., so very easy to spot while driving and parking on a Saturday afternoon wasn't bad either; found free two hour parking on one of the side streets only a short walk from the restaurant.Will be back there again soon (especially for the iced coffee; so tasty and addicting I could've drank a gallon of it) and would definitely recommend it to people who have had Vietnamese cuisine before or looking to try something new.
I tried this place out and it's decent. I tried out one of the rice bowls and the strawberry shake was great. The issue with the place is with the slow service which I understand why but other places are able to get the food out quick. Other thing too is the place looks outdated.

bad service,the boss is very bad,he is chief cook too,we are vietnamese and he is too( he doesnt know english) we talk with him by country langue but he no answer ,just give u a bullet eye and f*** motion uo,he cooked everything Over and smell smoke. the price isnt true on the menu,all u need check ur receip again,the boss isnt good person,we are never come back again. Tất cả bà con Việt Nam đến đây ăn nhớ cẩn thận,đả đổi chủ và chủ mới thái độ làm việc rất rất tệ,ông chủ này củng ko biết tiếng anh nhng rất thích tỏ vẻ mình là chủ,ông ta làm đầu bếp luôn,nấu ăn rất dở và tệ hn chủ củ và làm miếng thịt cm sờn bị khét ( khét 90 % ko thể ăn đợc),nói với ông ta thì thái độ của ông ra rất là tệ và ném một đỉa thịt sờn khác với thái độ bố thí (miếng khác củng chả có gì là khác vì khét tới 70 %,đở hn miếng củ 1 chút),giá cả trên menu và hoá đn khác nhau,bà con nhớ cẩn thận kiểm tra hoá đn,chúng tôi sẻ không trở lại nữa,hành vi lừa gạt khách hàng,nếu ko tin thì quí vị cứ việc thử,hôm nay là ngày 7 tháng 5 năm 2021, nếu nhà hàng này vài ngày sau mà đổi chủ thì ko phải lỗi của chủ mới

I moved away from Malden a year ago, but I still drive 40 min back here just for this Pho and coconut water. Best broth in the whole state! The staff is great, food comes out perfect and quickly.
