This has become a frequent take out spot since the start of COVID and it never disappoints! I have only ordered their sushi and rice bowls, but the food is always delicious and the ingredients taste fresh! I especially love the avocado and Fuji maki rolls. Take out orders have always been quick and easy to pick up. It's a little on the pricier side but once you taste the quality of the food you understand why. I look forward dining there in person sometime soon and getting a chance to try some of their tapas!

Stopped by this g after a long day of skiing and it was delicious. The bacon wrapped oyster mushroom skewer was an explosion of flavors. The mushrooms themselves tasted like meat and were so well flavored. The naruto cold tapa resembles the kanji's roll. I was very hungry and did realize I under ordered. Highly recommend to order a variety of rolls if you have a big appetite.

New years Eve, on possibly the worst year in modern history (2020), my girlfriend and I called and went to 4 places and they all had a 2 hour wait for sushi pickup. We then tried this restaurant. They said a 20 minute wait and we have always driven by it and so we placed an order. We went and it was definitely bigger than it looks from the outside. More importantly, the food was delicious. Fresh, with an amazing flavor. We ordered two sushi rolls (spicy salmon/spicy tuna roll and a catapillar roll) and one order of gyoza. We are definitely going back for more. Do yourself a favor and try this place out... you won't regret it.

Sousaku Bistro is a hidden gem of a restaurant in Malden. The sushi and sashimi is always fresh. My go-to is the pork broth soup with pork belly and ramen. The pork buns are really juicy and the shrimp toast is my favorite app on the menu. The staff is super attentive they give great service. Whenever I went in with my young daughter, they would be accommodating about putting us in a booth and giving her a plastic cup with a straw so she'd make less of a mess. Definitely visit this restaurant if you can.
