I been coming to this Starbucks sometimes in the morning order though online an order and it just so rude that we paid for our order because coffeee in Starbucks is expensive man , and this morning I don’t want to be rude or anything I’m not sure if it’s a he/she but they were wearing a black hat like a fancy one and black leggings also glasses. She had short hair . She was very rude I politely asked for extra caramel she was giving me bad actitude when I was really generous with her I don’t think people who gives you bad looks or respond really rude to you should work in costumer service I worked for years in costumer service and I understand sometimes it can be really stressful. but she didn’t even put cream to my coffee I was going to ask her but she was giving me to much actitude . I’m really disappointed in wasting my money on something I didn’t want

Had an disappointing experience here. I ordered breakfast online and waited almost 20mins. I only knew it wasn’t available until I approached one of the stuff after a long wait. The staff felt sorry and gave me a $4 gift card that when I try using it for a drink I realized it has nothing in it.

There’s a reason I order through mobile. I just wanna grab my drink and get to work quickly. But it’s honestly frustrating that this location can’t seem to make the drinks according to the actual order. Added an affogato shot? They don’t add it. Added matcha powder? Somehow no matcha added, just tastes like straight milk. So make sure you give yourself extra time when picking up, just in case they mess it up again.

Service is extravagant. I was helped by a young girl named adele and she made my drink perfectly! the workers are incredibly nice and the store is always kept clean. I love how quick the service is! I love stopping by and grabbing my morning coffee or a late night sweet drink!

Went in staff knew nothing of the menu didn’t know how to make basic drinks forgot to put honey in my coffee like I asked and was generally unhelpful and a loof I’m not returning here this is my 3 bad experience here
