Very rude people and working here and the food was horrible. I was there getting food for my girlfriend and I heard what she wanted for a sandwich and told the woman directly and we did not get good service on this order by any means and the food was horrible the bread was not even the way we wanted it. Never again. These people are extremely rude and then when we went to get a refund, they were very reluctant and they give me a bunch of nonsense and reluctantly gave me back the money.

Ordered delivery through the subway app the past two days and both times there were items missing from the order. First time I let it go. Second time I called in to request a refund on the items person who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful.

Got food from here to go with one other person, Both of us got the same kind of sub different toppings, and we got extremely sick the next day.

They will let you know what enough or not. It goes by store standards which is give less and tell them it’s enough. Also condition of food are really questionable. Everything not fresh at all. Try it and comment on how old do you think foods are. I’m think at less 5 days old minimum!!!
If I could rate this place 0 I would the customer service is horrible wouldn’t recommend!!!!!

Amazing subs
Honestly such a bad subway, I pre ordered pickup and then I just had to stand and wait in the shop until they made all the subs for people in the shop. Didn’t get everything until 15 minutes after my pick up time.
Another day I pre ordered and had my dad go pick it up under my name and they wouldn’t give him the food. I’ve literally never ordered anywhere where I couldn’t pick it up for someone else. Just terrible.

The worst owners ever . Made a mobile order on the app . Arrived and sent my 10 year old son in on a random rainy Sunday for lunch . They proceeded to tell my child they need an ID for pick up …………. Like made my son run in & out in the rain to get my ID . Mind you — i ordered online for pick up on my acct thru the app !! I didnt have my ID because when was the last time a fast food chain ID’d for a darn sandwich . I came in . They proceeded to not want to give me and my son out lunch , gave me attitude , tell me im blind & read their policy and call me crazy . WHO ID’S FOR A SANDWICH ?!!!!!! And im the crazy one . All for a $10 footlong . Then i come home and they skip on ingredients so bad my sandwich was all bread , no fillings . I never eat at Subways to begin with and today reminded me exactly why . DO NOT EAT HERE . I will never be back .

This franchise location is the worst one I’ve ever been to. The workers are miserable and cheap with the amount of protein and toppings they add. The moment I asked for more protein, it was apparent to me that they were upset at my request by talking in their native language. I would skip this location and go to the next nearest Subway location instead.
This one on Eastern Ave malden..Terrible will never go there again..the man is Soo rude no one smiles or greets the customers..I ordered on line for the first time an Italian sub got home and it was a bologna sub.. so i went back thinking no big deal I'll just have them add just the meat...omgggg the man look at me and says..oh no I can't fix it and walked away .very rude..I said it's my 1st time ordering on line I'll pay extra to add more meat...the lady just took the sub and added more meat...and he kept looking as she added the meat..I said can u stop staring over my food...I told them there the worst the man mainly is just rude af
I guess they didn’t get the memo that it’s good for business when you acknowledge and say hello to people coming into your store. I was the only one in the store yet the owners decided to have a conversation and completely ignore their only customer. There’s some bizarre metal barrier that blocks customers from seeing the meat they’re using. Why? I decided to write this review because of how rude these people are. Don’t waste your time
