I’m really disappointed with how this Subway location treats customers who may be unsure or confused while ordering. Instead of being patient and offering help, the staff acted dismissive and made me feel small for simply asking questions or taking a moment to decide.
Ordering at Subway can be overwhelming — there are lots of options and not everyone knows the process right away. It’s part of good customer service to guide people politely, not make them feel embarrassed or rushed.
I hope the management addresses this and trains their team to show more respect and patience. Everyone deserves to be treated kindly, whether they’re a first-time customer or a regular.

This location doesn;t take their own coupons....shocker, I know!!!So it's up to the consumer to call around town for participating franchises.The advertised $17.99 for 3 foot longs came to $32 total...nice hustle!

Best subway I have been too sandwiches and cookies are always great and I cant overstate the staff go above and beyond mona specifically is always incredibly pleasant and courteous. very pleasant experience every time!
