Bubble teas are delicious. Even with all bubble tea options in Malden, they all seem to vary just enough to make themselves stand out. They have some food options as well, but haven't had a chance to try them yet. Also, self-service kiosk available for the introverts, yay!

Probably my favorite boba shop in Malden. Located conveniently in Malden center. It's easy to get to by public transit and has street parking in the area. There's a few tables inside so you can sit with friends but wouldn't really recommend it to study/do work. I usually get the fruity teas here as the milk teas didn't really impress me. They use fresh fruits in the fruit teas so it's always refreshing. My go to is the peach green tea but lately I've been loving the mango yogurt slush. The service is pretty quick for bubble tea but I haven't tried the chicken here yet as I've heard it's a bit slow for it.

Huge fan of the Mango Puree Milk tea with Mango popping pearls!!! The fresh mango was naturally sweet and slightly tart, a perfect compliment to the creamy milk tea. I'm usually one to take pictures of my drink and slowly sip on it but it was extremely hard to do so this time because the drink was insanely delicious and had to be inhaled. Will definitely be coming back here at least once a week.

Food: - Purple Potato Milk Tea (30% sugar, oat milk): This was sooooo good. I had a sudden milk tea craving haha, so this definitely satisfied it. It was super refreshing, perfectly sweetened, and the sweet potato was so good as well. - Matcha Egg Waffle: I wanted to try an egg waffle because I saw the girl next to me eating one (and it looked GOOD lol), and it was SO satisfying! The dough was PERFECT, and I could definitely taste the matcha flavor. So yummy, it had been YEARS since I had an egg waffle as well. Service: Really fast for the tea, and also nice workers! Ambiance: Store is in a cute area of Malden with lots of other Asian/boba stores, there is seating inside, you can make yourself comfortable with friends. What a fun lil cheat day hehe.

The drinks here are amazing, especially the fruit tea. The flavors go together very well, they're fragrant and perfectly sweet. Real fruit and great quality tea! I recently ordered the muscat grape green tea with lime and i really appreciated that they even removed the seeds from the limes in the drink! The egg waffle is also one of the best in Boston area- perfectly chewy and crunchy! I'll definitely be back soon :)

A very tasty and fun bubble tea chain, this location is located right on main street with nice seating and a large fancy interior. I love their strawberry slush and get it with the tapioca bubbles. The cups are likely the nicest you will find in bubble tea standards in the surrounding area. The place is great and staff are kind. Not sure if this one has a frequent customer card.

Tsocaa has some of my favorite Boba in Boston and their chicken as well as waffle are both great too.Their Boba menu is plenty expensive and even the usually sweeter varieties aren't too sweet, or all milk. King of Oolong tastes like actual Wuyi Oolong, mixed Fresh Fruit boba is aromatic and flavorful but not just a cup of fruit juice, Mango has plenty of time Mango bits with the pearl.For Chicken, the Soy-Garlic and Extra Spicy are both 5/5, arriving crunchy even if ordered on delivery which I can't say is true for many of the Chicken shops around.

We ordered this as a mid-day pick me up. I ordered the Jasmine Green Milk tea which was really tasty. Good combo of milk and tea. The boba was good! We also ordered the fried chicken which we heard was really tasty and indeed it is. The chicken came with this amazing sweet and spicy dipping sauce. We ordered takeout via UberEats but would definitely be back. The interior was nice!

I was met with verbal harassment from the store manager, Felix (although I'm not entirely sure of the spelling of his name). I have attached an image from the incident with Felix in it. The incident by Felix marked the worst customer service I've ever endured.This is my fourth visit at Tasaocaa. The tea I ordered didn’t taste the same as when I had it the last three times. When I politely asked for a refund, Felix's behavior was beyond appalling. He used inappropriate language, made demeaning facial expressions, and deliberately ignored my presence, focusing on other tasks. Felix also accused me of only coming to use the bathroom and made derogatory remarks about 'people like me.'After witnessing this public confrontation with Felix, several other customers also left the store, clearly disturbed by his demeanor. The 2 other employees also were visibly intimidated by the Felix’s behavior.While the establishment itself is very clean, Felix's attitude and actions speak volumes about the management here. I’m disappointed in how he is treating his customers.
