The food was tasty and spicy, which I liked. The staff were friendly and polite. In general, everything was good.

Best ramen i have ever had! Service was great too, all the servers were very vigilant and kind despite the extremely busy hours. Place is a bit small so be prepared to wait during peak hours- totally worth it.

I really love this restaurant but the 2 hour break from 3pm-5pm is a little inconvenient . I have to go to other other places when I’m having a late lunch 😔
Great place!!

Ramen is a little bit salty in soup. I usually eat very light and low salt. the karaage chicken was good. we liked it.

The beef donburri is too sweet. please omit the sweetness.
They've nailed the general ambience of authentic ramen shop. But I couldn't shake the feeling of another cookie cutter western ramen joint, and the food proved me right. The portions are on smaller side and the sipcy level is just gimmic. My glass of ice water was untouched after finishing "hell level" ramen.

Wow. Just wow. Atmosphere was so cool with so much detail. Even down to the menu!! Food was even better. I may become a regular here. They are always busy for a very good reason.

Zuru Zuru is a great spot overall, with good food and a friendly, helpful staff. While I’m not much of a ramen fan, I usually get the rice bowls, and they’re pretty good. They offer three options: karaage (Japanese fried chicken), beef, and chashu pork, all of which have their own unique flavors. One standout appetizer we tried was the corn cheese—it was excellent! Just a heads up, it gets really busy during dinner, so expect a wait if you have a larger party. I recommend going during lunch when it’s much quieter

This is a great everyday place when you don’t wanna cook but want some yummy food! I ordered gyudon added with a ramen egg, and matcha & anko for dessert. The gyudon was very yummy and the ramen egg was nicely done. I didn’t try their ramen but it looked yummy too. The dessert set was okay; the matcha ice cream was nice, but the warabi mochi’s texture was a little harder than expected. I still liked the dessert; it wasn’t too sweet and the price was very reasonable.
Loved it!

The ramen here is the best around hands down. The only thing I dont like is the change to the online ordering. Before past orders were saved, i could just click and everything would pop up. Now I cant see past orders. Either than that, Great food. And workers are always pleasant.
