I can’t believe how fast my service was this past Black Friday! I had multiple food orders and drinks brought to me by bartender/server Brian, I noticed how he didn’t skip a beat while managing his other tables as well as my own!! My only complaint is that I can’t always have him as a server as his customer service is exemplary

My wife and I decided to stop in for some lunch earlier. We sat at the bar and were the only ones there. It took the bartender, Ryan, about 15 minutes to greet us and then as more time went by, he never bothered to take our drink order. Place was not even busy at all so we got up and walked out. HORRIBLE SERVICE. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE. The bartender was not friendly at all. We went to 99 and had a MUCH BETTER experience!

The restaurant/ bar area was a mess (unsure if it was a staffing issue) rolls were served raw, pizza was ice cold. When the server was told, it was sent back to the kitchen to be warmed. It was returned slightly warmer, but still cold.

Went for lunch after realizing the Norwood location had lost power. Our waitress was very quiet and hard to hear and didn't seem to know much about the menu items. My husband tried to order a few different beers but they were out. I asked for Artisan pizza but she asked and said it was not available for some reason. I ordered salmon which said on the menu comes with seasonal veg and potato. I asked what is the seasonal veg and she went away again to ask. She came back saying the seasonal veg is the potato which made no sense but she seemed confused so I didn't press the issue. I asked to substitute roasted broccoli instead and she wrote it down. Food came and my husband's pizza was overcooked and my salmon was ok but the broccoli was just plain not roasted with olive oil and seasonings. The check came and she had charged me $10 for the broccoli! I called her over and reminded her I had asked to substitute the potato for the broccoli and she said "We couldn't do that" so I said you didn't tell me that and she took the bill away, came back and slapped it on the table with an attitude. At least the broccoli was removed from the bill. Will not be back to this location and will stick to Norwood.

Parking: Lots of parking.

Such a great location but it's going to fail if you keep putting out pizza like you have lately. I'm not sure what changed but it's not working...

I ordered the Chicken Piccata. Having a milk allergy, I couldn't have the creamy sauce so asked for just a wine sauce without the cream. What was given to me was dry with no flavor. I had to ask for more sauce with butter, olive oil, white wine, and garlic to use on my pasta to make it tasty. What I got was a yellow watery liquid. The chicken wasn't cooked long enough either, and very light in color. There were very few capers in it and no lemon slices on the chicken that I used to get at the Taunton restaurant. I was spoiled by going to the Bertuccis in Taunton that I went to for years and the food was always excellent! I realize that I couldn't have the creamy sauce over it but there was just no flavor to my pasta that could have been done much better than what I got. Flour could have been added to the sauce to thicken it along with seasoning. I shouldn't have to tell a cook how to do it. Unfortunately, that's the nearest Bertuccis to where I live. I wish there was one near North Dartmouth, MA. There is an Olive Garden and other smaller Italian restaurants nearby. It's unfortunate that I had such a bad experience with your Mansfield restaurant. I was looking forward to your Chicken Piccata that I had frequently at your Taunton location before they and the mall there closed. Needless to say, I won't be going back to the Mansfield one.

Dietary restrictions: The cook needs to be taught how to make a meal tasty while accommodating dietary restrictions.

Best dinner ever! I had a cute little blonde girl named Rena as my server and she convinced me to get a large pizza instead of a small🤭thank goodness because I ate the whole thing! The hot fresh rolls were immaculate and the pizza was to die for! Definitely bringing my family back here later this week. Thank you Rena for making my experience a welcoming one!😊

I had the chicken piccata and it was completely flavorless. Also, got the margherita pizza here one time and it was flavorless as well. I think this is the worst Italian restaurant I've ever ordered from.
