The smell in this location was so overwhelming that it was nauseating. It smelled like dirty mop water. I’m sure it was the cleaning solution for the tables but it was so overpowering you could almost taste it….something with strong ammonia. Service and food were standard with no complaints, very slow customer traffic and plenty of seating especially for a Saturday Night.

This used to be a great spot to go. The Mansfield location had gone down hill and has been going in this direction for a while now. Ordered take out a little while back and had multiple hairs in my food. Called and spoke with a manager and she told me she was going to refund my email and send a gift card. Never refunded the meal but did send the gift card weeks later. Just got takeout again and ordered a 15 piece traditional and opened the box and there’s like 10 wings in it. Just sad honestly.

Hour for wings

My partner and I went and had an excellent time. The place was very understaffed (as to be expected with the climate rn) about 4 people working there at the time. It was my partner and I's first time ever going to a buffalo wild wings and the food was really good, food came out hot (except for the fries for some reason). Other than staffing issues I'd say my partner and I had a decent time.

Never order online delivery on Sunday evenings. They send stale food. Happened multiple times. I won’t recommend this place.

We had the ultimate sampler, and burgers and they were great! Service took awhile but food came out hot and ready to eat. This place is good but understaffed.

Food usually good but this place is a mess. ordering delivery or take out is a mistake. orders are often lost or forgotten. menu items are often out of stock as well so you cant rely on menu options.

Shout out to our waitress/server Aria.
Brought my thirteen year old granddaughter to Mansfield for her birthday. Aria was very sweet, accommodating and patient with us. We would return just to see her . Five star.

Employees at this location have no concept of customer service. i have been waiting here for 45 min without anyone coming out of the kitchen and when someone finally come out they dont even acknowledge that youre standing there. Other customers came in after me to sit and eat and an employee walked right by them without even saying anything to them. Its not that hard to have someone at least acknowledge paying customers.

Shoutout to Abby

I want to take a moment to recognize Abby for her outstanding service during our recent visit. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Abby took the time to explain various promotions and shared information about the restaurant that we weren’t aware of before.

Thanks to her amazing hospitality, my family had a wonderful experience at Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time since 2019. She truly made our visit special, and we left feeling very satisfied and well taken care of.

If you’re visiting Buffalo Wild Wings in this area, I highly recommend asking for Abby—especially if you’re considering catering. She’s an asset to the team, and her exceptional service deserves to be acknowledged!

Thank you, Abby!

I stopped into the Buffalo Wild Wings in Mansfield, MA on a recent Sunday evening. The restaurant was almost empty and clearly understaffed—just two servers working the entire floor and bar—but they remained friendly and attentive throughout the night, which I appreciated.

Unfortunately, none of the soda or draft lines had working carbonation, so every fountain drink and many mixed beverages were were down and we drank bottled soda? Management really needs to get those pumps serviced; it’s hard to enjoy wings without a proper, fizzy drink.

Speaking of wings, the food itself was solid. My order came out hot, cooked properly, and the signature sauces (especially Mango Habanero and Parmesan Garlic) still delivered. That said, the overall menu feels limited nowadays—some added variety beyond wings and tenders would be welcome. The dining room could also use brighter lighting. With the house lights turned down so low and so few guests inside, the space felt more gloomy than the energetic sports‑bar vibe Buffalo Wild Wings is known for. Pricing was exactly what you’d expect for a casual chain like this—no surprises there.

Bottom line: A perfectly average visit. The servers did their best, and the wings hit the spot, but flat drinks, limited menu options, and a dim atmosphere kept the experience from being great. A bit of maintenance, more staff on hand, and a refresh to the dining room would go a long way toward bringing this location back to form.

The person who sat us was a little annoyed we wanted to dine in at 11pm. The server assured me it was no problem and provided me and my sister with great service ! Cauliflower wings were 10/10 ! Ty
