Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been to, to date. Service was terrible. There were barely any other guests in the restaurant and we were there for over an hour waiting for our food. Not once did the waitress come up to us and apologize for the long wait. When our order finally got to our table it was wrong and barely warm and the error wasn’t even rectified even after telling our waitress. This is the kind of BWW locations that give the others a bad name. We will not be coming back.

Ordered parmesan garlic chicken wings to go and it’s as dry as the desert. Is this how their parmesan garlic wings are ? I did not select a dry rub. There’s no extra sauces on the side or anything. Disappointed

Server, Stormie, was amazing. Manager on the other hand was AWFUL (had a bob?). To straight up say an ID is fake when it would pass a scan is crazy. Lurking around the table when your employee has to deliver the bad news is awful. Get real❤️

Waited to be sat for 8 minutes there wasn't a line. Just nobody acknowledged the waiting area including the servers. Too many options in that area to be ignored
