Absolutely disgusting my first time. I will never return. Food is overpriced and absolutely disgusting. I do not suggest visiting this location. Maybe this location is just cursed , What a total-rip off for A meal of-food that was barely edible….,,

I had the worst experience here all started when our waitress would not even make eye contact… we each got a steak neither of them were cooked to how we asked I ordered a drink when dinner came out and the waitress check my ID 10 minutes later some bigger lady leans over our dinner table in the middle of our conversation interrupting our dinner and asked to see my ID again if I was gonna be having a drink when I had already had to give it up to get the drink not to mention Buffalo chicken dip was made with the fake grilled Perdue chicken or something with fake grill marks it’s one of the easiest thing to make! Horrible dinner for $160!. And constant! I mean constant foot traffic as it was so hard to even enjoy all workers walking past every 3 seconds. I’m a steak guy so is my ol lady maybe I just had a bad experience but i wouldn’t recommend again

Food at these prices for a small chain outfit is insane, I can literally go to Ramseys fish and chips in midtown for prices lower than these. the shock people are okay paying Michelin star prices at burger king quality is dumbfounding. You are not high end stop pretending that you are.

Let me start with the good. The atmosphere was impressive and the service was good although you could tell they’re still working out a few new restaurant kinks. The food on the other hand was disappointing. I ordered the crabcakes and for $40 I expected excellent. What I received was too small crabcakes And coleslaw with an unusual taste perhaps using red onions. If you want bread with your meal, that’s an additional $5, it was excellent served warm however I would’ve expected. It included in a meal of that cost . Although I had never had affogato before, a dessert of ice cream served with espresso on top. The espresso overwhelmed the dessert and quickly turned it into a soupy mess. For now, the jury is out. We wiil have to see if I improve as they work the kinks out. for now I will have to give them a low rating.

Only a few miles from my home,Finally got in by way of walk-in. Frustrated prior to getting in had to walk in on an early supper before 5 PM . Food was excellent and waitress was Kristen S. friendly funny and knowledgeable of food. Meal was well Plated and plenty of flavor not too large of portions. Just right. Atmosphere was mild value was as expected slightly over $100.00 for a couple. Bread is optional but cost an addition $4.95 but worth the price but dont fill up, Water is free had a light Modelo $8.00, One czy cosmo at $13.00 Doggy bag available

There was nothing special about the food we ordered, they came out close to cold actually. And the person who waited our table was really surprised! that we wanted our chicken wings well done. The place is mediocre, but the prices are too high for this place

BEAUTIFUL PLACE!... The food and service just amazing! Everything was fresh and delicious. The drinks are on point. Definitely my new favorite restaurant. Something to take in consideration is that they really worry about allergies and consumers diet, congratulations and keep it. Not to many places asked or worries about that.
The Wagyu steak was perfect cooked and the calamaris very fresh.

One of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Fries need an upgrade. Very good wine and beer selection.

The restaurant looks high-end, but the food tastes like they’re hoping customers don’t actually know how high-end dining is supposed to taste. Beautiful venue, polite staff, premium prices—mediocre execution.

They’re not terrible, just nowhere near the level their pricing suggests. If you're used to places like Capital Grille or Sorellina in Boston, this isn’t that. Food was overall underseasoned as steaks weren’t cooked correctly, and appetizers, entres, and sides lacked flavor. Drinks were strong but small, more flashy than enjoyable- likely to distract from the lack of flavor in food and exorbitant prices. The booth seating was unstable and shifted every time the guests behind us moved, which made the experience physically uncomfortable. Staff were attentive to the point of feeling watched rather than served.

New high end restaurant opened last month in the old Friday's location. Made the mistake of checking it out the first month after opening, but I will give an honest review. I usually wait 3-6 months after a restaurant opens to give them time to work out the issues, but since this is chain covering 10 states and already established I thought it would be ok to come earlier. First, do not go during Christmas season! Was here on a weeknight before 6:00 and the place was slammed. The parking lot does not have enough spots for all of the customers so people were parking at the bank next door. Some people had to resort to parking across the street, which is an unsafe walk in the dark across the busy entrance to the shopping center. First red flag, a bus from the assisted living facility was parked in the parking lot. We waited for an elderly man to leave his parking spot and he clearly had issues getting out of his parking spot as we waited about 5 minutes for him to fully back out. When inside, we noticed most people were over 50, not the vibe we were looking for. The prices are high. We did not make reservations because we thought why would we need them on a weeknight at 5:45? We were told there was a 30 minute wait so we had a drink at the bar. There was only one seat at the bar so I sat while my spouse stood. Nobody was leaving that bar so when we were notified our table was ready, we left. The waitress was nice and classy, but not very attentive and clearly overwhelmed. About the food: They charge for bread service. It's not alot, around $5, but included butter, pesto and olive tapenade. Drinks were delicious at around $14 each. Main courses are very expensive. Unless you get a burger, be prepared to spend $30-$50 per dish. My husband ordered a burger which was overcooked and he complained of bloating and illness when he got home. I recommend sitting at the bar and ordering bar bites at $9 each and appetizers. You will eat plenty and not spend as much. Do not order dessert, they do not have a dessert chef, and have only 4 choices. They were out of one of the four choices when we inquired and the 2 deserts we ordered were missing key ingredients! The seven layer chocolate cake was missing the "raspberry coulis and maldon sea salt" and the "hot fudge" was not hot. The Affogato was missing the "cacao nibs" I'm not sure how you can mess up desserts that you don't even make from scratch. That's how average restaurants dress up their pre-made desserts, lol. They were clearly not paying attention and not on the ball. They do have alot of gluten free offerings if you have celiac disease or a sensitivity. If you have lactose intolerance, you are out of luck. Most dishes (including the desserts) contain dairy, even the burger buns are brioche which has milk in them. They really need to offer more dishes that do not include cheese, a cream sauce and provide ciabatta buns as an option. So in a nutshell, if you have alot of money to spend and don't mind crowds, parking issues, inattentive service due to said crowds, screw ups, and a geriatric experience, Burtons is for you. I would just go to 110 Grill or Davios until they get their act together.

We visited this location just a few weeks after it opened, expecting your average American bar & grill experience. It blew us away.

We arrived without a reservation and did have a 30 minute wait, but that was expected for a busy Thursday night. We killed time by sitting at the bar.

We loved the NY strip steak and California Chicken Sandwich from their mostly (or even fully?) from-scratch kitchen. The chocolate cake and affogato were amazing as well.

Jodie, our server, was fantastic. 5 stars!

We enjoyed our first visit to Burton’s, Mansfield Ma. Our server, Sarah, was excellent. She shared that Burton’s prides itself on a scratch kitchen and takes into account guests allergies.
Atmosphere was s very pleasant! (Big change from TGIF). Bar looks lovely and they have a $9 bar bite menu.

My husband and I were pleased with our entrees. I had the Chicken Milanese Alfredo, chicken cutlets crispy and cooked nicely, could have been a bit more creamy, didn’t get much of the Alfredo vibe/sauce.

Welcome addition to Mansfield. We will certainly return!
