I had lunch at Cava for the first time yesterday. I loved everything about it. The people were so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. Atmosphere was bright and light. Definitely will return there. Loved it.

To start off, I've been coming to this cava since they opened. Anywhere from daily to once a week, I get the same thing everytime I order. It is perfectly prepared and delicious 9 times out of 10. I will say when Marquis is working he brings a whole other level of happiness to the cava experience! He has such great customer service skills but you can tell it comes from a genuine place. He is always going above and beyond to help provide a quick and positive experience to all customers. Idk if it's just placebo but I swear the food tastes better when he's working haha and this has been the whole time they've been open, consistently! Give this man a raise or something .

I usually love cava but this location let me down. Greens and grains bowl was 70% lentils and the lentils were extremely crunchy and probably undercooked, praying I don't get sick

Bit down on a chicken bone the size of my thumbnail from this location and hurt my tooth. No one ever followed up on my multiple messages/emails/calls. Be careful.

I love Cava and was happy to see this location in Mansfield. This cava was different however. The manager was exceptional. He was quick to offer suggestions on sides and toppings to my son. He also walked around the seating area making sure guests were okay and offering water. He was very genuine and made the experience so much better. You are lucky to have him! Also the food was great and the location was clean.

Food is good, but customer service is non-existent. It seems like the people who work at Cava are miserable. Not one smile on the face of a single employee, which as a customer makes you feel like a PITA (Pun intended). I most likely won't be back.
