The food here is always fresh and delicious! My dad and I love stopping by Cava for lunch every now and then to enjoy a bowl together. However, I’ve occasionally had less-than-pleasant interactions with one specific employee when picking up mobile orders. They’ve handed me bowls without bags, rolled their eyes, and pointed toward where I could grab one myself. I also witnessed them being rude to another customer who accidentally spilled her drink while rushing back to work....
The food was incredibly fresh and flavorful — everything tasted high-quality and well-prepared. The bowls are my favorite here!
A special shoutout to Olivia, who was so kind and welcoming! She went above and beyond to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it and did it all with such a genuine smile. Her positive attitude made the whole experience even better.

The food here is always good, but the last several times we have placed pickup orders our order has either been incorrect or very late. Once my husband walked inside for a half hour waiting for our order to be ready. Most recently we were missing an item from our order, and another time got none of the sauces I ordered in my bowl. I would definitely order from here more often but I’m less inclined since we’ve had so many issues with our orders.
