Gone beyond downhill over the past few years. Used to be consistent / decent but now portions are small even with extra rice beans and meat, chicken is overcooked and chewy 9/10 times, frequently missing ingredients or portions of order when ordering online, highly recommend going elsewhere

Whoever is managing this location is doing a terrible job. Last 3 times I’ve been, they’ve either been out of burritos or chips. The manager clearly doesn’t understand how to make inventory orders. Servings are always laughably small, and tonight’s food was cold as ice when I got home. Just go to the Qdoba across the street

I usually have a good meal from this place however someone put only a portion of the amount that was supposed to be in a bowl in and for $10 that doesn't seen fair to take out some of the food for the same price. Whoever was making it I'd say they'd have to hire someone else if that's what's gonna happen.

Place my order got a steak bowl ordered a large drink went to fill it up. There was no lids or napkins went back up to the register and explained to the lady that there was no lids or napkins and she said nope no more. Why would you sell a large beverage with no lid to go? The food was good the customer service was horrible. Many more options around now. I see why you have a 3.6 Google review

ordered ahead on the app 20 minutes early and still waited another 25. I had to beg someone on the staff to make the meal i prepaid for because i stood there while they gawked at me for 20 minutes. extremely unprofessional and inefficient staff and i would go to ANY other chipotle if possible

I went there today after work. Was yelled at by an employee saying I “reached over the counter “ as I was pointing out what I wanted. Im 6’50 so it may appear I was reaching over but I wasn’t.

Over the floor and prep area. Definitely gone down hill. I’m pretty sure he didn’t like my military look either. Nice two days after veterans day and three after the Marine Corps birthday.

This location is incredibly inconsistent. Food is either great or beyond disgusting, no in between. Tonight I noticed my burrito and guacamole had so much excessive cilantro it wasn’t even edible. Literally a toss up every time.

In desperate need of new management. Every time I come here there is one kid making customer orders and one kid ringing out people at a snail’s pace and pretending to restock things inbetween. Then there’s consistently several more teenagers in the kitchen farther back either pretending to be busy or playing on their phones. I’ve been in food service for 8 years and I have rarely seen an establishment so poorly run and organized that I had to leave a review. If you didn’t plan ahead and place an online order then be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes in a short line while the one or two competent employees bust their asses to keep up. It’s embarrassing.
