Do they fill your bowl? No! When only a handful of salad greens remain at the counter, do they grab another to fill the bowl! No! They just put extra pico on it to hide it! Are they friendly here? No! But that doesn’t really matter anyway, everyone mumbles and speaks over each other. But at least it’s quiet, right? No! For whatever reason, the music and sounds at the counter are at a similar decibel to standing behind a jet engine. But the dining room is at least clean, right? Nope, every table is dirty and the sound of chips crunching under your feet is intended to add character. The lemonades are empty, the soda syrups are thin, and the DoorDash door slams so loud that I thought it was a gunshot. And ice? Hahahaha No, sir..

Look, it tastes like chipotle aside from the portions. Even looking now behind the counter, the floor of the kitchen is gross. The best thing about this chipotle is that there is a Qdoba across the street.

Believe it or not this is how our bowl was delivered. I hate to be. Karen but to charge $14 and send this out to a customer is wild to me.

Often a messy dining room, staff is not very friendly and portions are not very generous, with the exception they want to always give me two big spoonfuls of rice. Uggh, wish I could have the chipotle of 2001-2005 back

Had a mobile order for 9:10 was there till 9:45 and the white lady at the register had a terrible attitude

I've given this location COUNTLESS opportunities but the decline has reached an all time low and I won't be returning. The store is filthy! Thank goodness there's a Qdoba across the street.

Does not do any good to set a pickup order for 30 minutes out, when I live 10 minutes away, because the order will still take another 20 minutes past the promised time to get made. They have no sense of urgency for pickup orders. The night time staff on Saturday night on the date of 7/26/25, evidently was not paying attention to the pickup orders that came in because it was me and four other people that came in and had to wait for them to literally make the orders past the time that we were promised on the online order they were going to be made.

There were only three people in the dining area when we walked in, and everybody else was standing around. Ridiculous

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this visit was beyond disappointing. I was charged for chicken, and I’m not exaggerating when I say it looked like they gave me half a scoop –barely anything! If I’m paying extra, I expect at least a normal portion.
To make things worse, the staff was rude and clearly didn’t want to be there,no thank you just attitude. The place didn’t feel clean either. Counters were messy, the drink station was sticky, and the overall vibe was chaotic and gross.
If I wanted to overpay for bad service and barely any food, I could’ve stayed home. Do better, Chipotle.

I gave this location too many chances to count. Epic fail every single time. Much like the location, the food is also trash. Literally a pig stye. There’s trash, and food, and mess everywhere. Even behind the counter where the food is prepared. I will never eat Chipotle again. I recently discovered Bajas. If you want delicious fresh, authentic food with endless toppings try this place out. You will not be disappointed. Can we just shut this place down and put a Bajas there instead?

When it's almost $20 per person, you should get a fair portion. Guac is now half filled despite still costing $3+ extra. Manager double downed and said that's all it's supposed to be filled to. Longtime Chipotle customer, but it seems like I'm going to have to completely avoid the chain nowadays with this new direction and tragic declining customer service.

Idky people are giving this place such bad reviews? Every time I go here I have no issues, and recently have started getting plain white rice with no cilantro and they are more than happy to accommodate that for me. I will say in the past I would get some bowls that did not have a lot of rice or meat but it’s still enjoyable, people will complain about anything that doesn’t go their way. Be grateful your even able to eat some people can’t afford it🤷🏼‍♀️

Service was good but empty tables were messy with food scraps and the floor under the tables was also messy. Really the place needs someone whose only job is to keep things tidy.

Saying this place was dirty is an understatement! Trash all over the floor, garage bins overflowing. My order did not come with napkins even though it was written on the order sheet. Guess they are slobs too. Employees just standing around and doing nothing. Also portion sizes are very small, nothing like it used to be! I don’t plan on going back any time soon!
