they will not have most of the items left (like Fajita Veggies, Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa, Guacamole etc.) if the order is placed after 7.30 pm but they still charge the same amount. This place is expensive to comparted to other Chipotle locations. I will not go there ever again.

I am the type of person who will bring bad food home tip 20% thank the servers and toss the food at home. I do not complain ever about customer service. For the most part it is not worth the time it takes to leave a bad review when people are just out here working and trying to make a living. That being said, the service today at Mansfield was horrific. I called and have a claim number for my complaint and I’m leaving the review because it is absolutely not worth spending your money at this location.

This store has a chronic theft issue that no one seems to want to fix. My last 3 online orders have been stolen before I can get there. The staff seems unwilling or unable to do anything about it.The crew then has to rush and can’t get my orders right.

I went it to buy a bowl, I waited as at least 5 employees walked past me but did not take my order. After a long wait I finally asked an employee if someone was going to take my order. He told me that they had a lot going on and they would be with me shortly and he walked away. I was appalled by the Customer Service so I decided to leave with out ordering. I walked past the employee and I thanked him for the poor Customer Service and he told me to Have a nice day! I will never step foot in Chipotle again, obviously the employees in Mansfield are not interested in my business.

I’m done giving this location my money. They literally forget something every time I order. They give you almost NO meat! I am sick of paying for items I do NOT get ? The only way you get somewhat decent portions is when you go in and stare at them with no smile while they make your food. A tip to whoever is reading this. If you must order from this location, DO NOT USE THE APP! They will not make a satisfactory meal. I wish I could give zero stars.

I ordered 5 burritos to take out to my family. They were falling apart in the words way possible. And they all had uncooked rice in them. This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten a bad order from them. But it WILL be the last.Are this point, I’ve called them 9 times. Not once has anybody answered the call. I’m completely disgusted.
