I usually take others review with a grain of salt. We are very laid back travelers…however.. from when I originally booked this hotel almost one year ago, I was disappointed to see what we walked in to. There seems to be a small area of the hotel that houses section 8. The folks who greeted us upon arrival outside (not staff) were super sketchy. The elevator sounds like it’s in need of service. The carpet on second floor was absolutely disgusting with a strange odor coming through. The room was fine although carpets were yuck! We went to a concert and expected bar to be open when we returned. Nope: ghost town except more weirdos asking for lighters. For the price o paid of 336/night I expected much more. Never staying here again.

Curb appeal reaction was this place can’t be this big, it was. Very expansive. Check in was acceptable and professional. Grab the bags and enter and into massive room where it was unclear on where to proceed and dimly lit.100 yard walk to a staircase to second floor where it turns from weird to surreal. People looking at us, doors to many rooms wide open, overflow garbage cans And a smell that made me gag. At this point we walked right on by our room. Unacceptable and not feeling even safe. Down the stairs, walked by the weight room and this guy, standing inside the door staring at me. Made me feel like very uncomfortable. And again unsafe. Creepy. Front desk again courteous as we request a new room. Enter and a moldy damp smell overtakes you. Overall clean room, but definitely Lysol and Clorox wipe everything. HVAC in need of attention, worried we would be sick after two night stay. Spent more time away from the building than it, on purpose. Just not clean enough and safe enough for the price they charge. I also think that first section we were sent too was full of full time residents? Who had little regard for the paying public. Made me feel we were entering their domain.

Absolutely disgusting. We checked into our room around midnight after a concert at Gillette- the rooms were so musty smelling. There was a post-wedding celebration in the lobby that was super loud at 12am and could hear in the room. There were clumps of hair on the bathroom floor when we got in the room. I found a dead bug on the bed at first. Next, I found two bugs bouncing up and down like a flea on each of the beds. I called the front desk and asked to switch rooms- the front desk attendant said there were no other rooms. Said we could check out for a full refund. So we drove home 3 hours at 1am.

A really nice clean room that was a bit musty but window opened all the way & that helped a lot. GREAT A/C in room. Big nice pool, but small fitness room that could use a little care. Friendly staff. Restaurant only open on weekends

First off, pictures shown are not even of this property. Hotel is run down and rooms are dirty. Definitely had to get out of my comfort zone to stay here for 3 nights. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Went with a group for a sporting event, so the hotel served its purpose and we didn’t have to worry about kids breaking anything….it was probably already broken or no one would know. We did have several in our group that experienced far worse room conditions than we did (mold, water running down the walls, music blasting from party in conference rooms after 11). The staff were all very accommodating and requests were pacified, however they were pretty loose with the 10pm enforcement of “quiet time”. Would I stay here again, no. If you’re able to look past some dust, unswept floors and some smell, you’d do just fine at this hotel. The property is big and works well for sports groups….just know you might have to make some cleanliness sacrifices so the kids can run around.

Disgusting!! Filthy filthy filthy… Don’t stay here!! Rust everywhere, dirty walls, dirty sheets, mold. no cleaning staff. Photos are not reflecting the actual state of this place. Go somewhere else…….

To say that this hotel was a major disappointment, is an understatement. The amount of money charged for this room per night is ubsurd. Let's list the problems with the property shall we? You enter the room and it reeks of mold. The smell is overwhelming . The cracks in the ceiling are less than attractive. Missing pictures on the wall with the mounts still in place are dangerous and I almost cut my head. Less than safe. The bathroom tub and hardly any water pressure and the tub wouldn't drain. Nothing like standing in your own dirty for your shower. I reached out to the manager 3 times. He said he would call back. No return call. Not surprising. I would never recommend this dump to friends or clients in the area. I would like a large amount of compensation back for the stay but based on correspondence with your manager, I would not expect any.

We arrived at the hotel to find blood on our comforter, when we called for a new one we were brought one that looked like it was urine stained , when we called again they were out of comforters and we were brought some blankets . The windows and sills were filthy. The whole room was just dirty. For over &300 a night this is not acceptable. The hotel is close to Gillette stadium which is convenient but is literally the only reason to stay there

I have stayed at this hotel over the course of 20 plus years. It used to be a Holiday Inn and it was wonderful. Now it is managed under the enVision brand and quite frankly, it's HORRIBLE. Walking through the hallways you can tell it is not being maintained. Second floor smells like must and mold. Our original room had an awful odor and our bed had hair and crumbs in it. We changed rooms and it was bearable for our stay. Overall, the place feels like a gray, vacant conference hall. In the parking lot, saw strung out people waiting in and outside of cars, drinking and smoking. I'm guessing this hotel and parking lot is used for selling drugs and who knows what else. Pay the extra money to stay at any other area hotel.

I switched rooms when I found roches. The night attendant gave me the Manager's card to report the issue. I did call after my trip was finished. The manager said he would have it taken care of and told me that my stay would be refunded. I was ok with that but a refund never happened and I bet there are still roaches running all over the place too. The restaurant was closed while we were there too. Someone at the desk said they would open at 5. We decided to eat there since our taxi to an event was coming soon. We left our room at 5:20 hoping to grab a bite. Nope. Had to run out within 30 minutes to grab something quick before our taxi arrived. I'm only giving 2 stars because the guy on night shift was kind enough to switch our room quickly and he was appropriately apologetic.

The only good thing about this hotel is the beds are comfortable. My room was next to the pool and it was terribly noisy and it felt like everything in the room was damp. Cleanliness was a lot to be desired. They don’t come clean the room or freshen towels…they said it’s because of Covid. Really? We’re still playing that game. Never again!

The hotel was beyond horrible and disgusting. Not worth the price, not even close. Comparable to some super cheap and badly maintained motels. Filthy, the floor was so dirty that we were afraid to walk on it. Stains on the linens, bathroom was disgusting, old with mold, and clogged dust in the vent. The main building doors are never locked at night (no need for a card), so you can only imagine who may just walk in. My first and last time there.

The place was dirty and dingy. Stains all over the rugs if the room. The bathroom faucet dripped the entire time. The breakfast was very expensive and not good. I paid for a boutique room that opened up at the pool without realizing it was literally at the pool which meant people walking by and sitting directly outside the glass doors. Which by the way were horrendous. It took all your strength to be able to slid the doors open. The place has a great potential to be beautiful but as of right now it just isn’t worth the price they charge.
