Best ice cream ever and wonderful customer service that greets you with a smile and makes sure you like your order and get enough portion size! Jessy and waseem helped me and they are very kind and friendly people I’m definitely going to come to this location! This is my new place now!

I came in to cold stones and Mansfield on
Saturday. The ice cream was great. There was an older lady working. She interacted with my grandchildren had so much. Patience absolutely loved her. But we had to sit outside because it was hotter in the store that it was outside.It was hot enough to make you nauseous.This is not the first time I've came in.Where this store is hotter then outside . The lady working paula gized and inside they are working on it.

I wish i can give more then 5 star, My cousin who is an employee at coldstone was kind enough to invite me for icecream today. I walked in with no expectation, but wow i was blown away! The atmosphere was very great.
I really recommend anyone to try the “Cookie Doughnut You Want Some” French Vanilla
mixed with cookie dough chocolate chips fudge and caramel!! Wow how delicious that was.
Staff was super kind, didn’t wait along time in line and service was 10/10

Unfortunately my two friends and I went here for a sweet treat at 9 at night and it completely missed the mark. The ice cream tasted okay, with lots of variety of flavors, but the service was not. For one of my friends, she got the wrong topping. And for all of us, we got overcharged. Me and another friend ordered a small ice cream with one free mixer (approximately $6). When we were charged it was $9, to which the lady at the counter said “sorry I over-scooped”. My other friend got a regular size, and her ice cream costed LESS THAN MINE. To me, “over-scooping” is not a valid excuse to charge extra when the size of the cup remains exactly the same. The ice cream was good, but I wouldn’t see myself coming back here again! Not that a couple dollars means the whole world, and I don’t demand a refund, but the service needs some work as the customers had to pay for the worker’s faults.

Had a great experience here. We got an ice cream cake for my granddaughters 10 th birthday party. We ordered the 1/2 sheet cake. It was better than expected 👍🏼

I will always come back here. Too much good service.
