I work in the Mansfield crossing plaza, visit here quite often despite all of the issues I've had. The food has steadily gotten worse, almost always my order is incorrect, sometimes not edible. One day in particular the website was down for online ordering so I tried to call (approx 7 times) and found out after walking over that the employees took the phone off the hook so no calls could go through. Just today, a coworker and I were trying to order our dinners and the website is not working, so we tried to call, no answer, just got a voicemail? But the hours are listed as open til 8pm. We started calling at 4pm, still trying to call now at 5pm. Don't waste your time or money on this restaurant. It's a joke.

Despite making fun of vegans, I ordered one of their vegan sanwhiches and it was one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten. Highly recommend.

I just ordered a chicken , basil, mozzarella, tomato sandwhich. When I got home and ate it discovered it was made w turkey not chicken.

Used to be good, used to really enjoy the TBM sandwiches, tomato, basil and mozzarella with a balsamic sauce on their bread however for the price you pay I got 2 dinky pieces of tomato, a couple leaves of basil and barely any sauce. What a let down. For what you pay, it's not worth it. Come on Cosi, you used to be better than this.
Very fresh and good flavor and friendly service just a bit more expensive than it feels like it should be.

STICKY. Table, chair, and the door handle on the way out was sticky. Hard to find a clean table to eat at. Most still had crumbs and wet spots. Bathroom was out of toilet paper and soap. Sandwich was so so. Tomato soup was tasty.
