I had placed an order for pickup and when I got back to my hotel it was awful!! I called and spoke to the manager and he couldn't have been nice enough!! He made my order right and gave me a brownie for free!! This time my food was perfect....thank you!!

What's the point of having square cut as an option for ur pizza if it never comes square this is the 3 time in a row I have ordered from here n it's always something why is it so hard to get my order how I would like it smh not happy

I order from this dominos often with no problem, however tonight something was way off. Several mins after i ordered online i received a call asking if i had cancelled my order which i replied no the person on the phone replied ok but seemed very confused. After thirty more mins passed i checked on the status on the website and it had been stuck in the checking order position for over 30 mins I called the store and then received another call from the delivery driver saying she couldn’t find my house again she was very confused I asked what town she was in and she responded Foxboro. I live in Mansfield miles away. Eventually I did receive my order after an elapsed time of 1 hr 20 mins I don’t want to be mean to anybody but it was a failure.

Had a birthday party , got 4 pizza's 1 pizza was tomato and feta cheese not feta cheese on it, the ordered 3 Mac and cheese bowls, 1 plain 2 spicy, well all 3 burnt on the bottom and the spicy was even spicy, then had a buffalo chicken sandwich which was burnt to and only 2 p pieces of chicken on one side the other side had no chicken, then had ordered garlic twist and received cinnamon twists with marinara sauce, the chicken wings we got were gray when you bite into them..the pizza did not taste good from this place in Mansfield, had pizza from other Domino's way better..I wish I could send pics, but this review doesn't let you..

Garbage. Terrible customer service. Walked in the afternoon to claim my credit for 2 pizzas. The worker said no problem and started to make the pizzas, so she said she was……end up They couldn’t honor a simple customer credit that was supposedly in their system. I end up waiting for over 40 mins + , for another worker talking back and forth in their language and finally for them to tell me they couldn’t apply the credit and needed a manager; of course was not duty. Terrible operation having no manager on duty. I was told I’d get a call about the situation, never happened. Wasted time and just awful. Never again. If I could I’d give negative stars ! Can’t add photos of the order cause I never got it !

Ordered 30 minutes before closing. Watched the app as it was prepped and cooked then canceled with no notification. Will not use Domino's again. Waited on hold for 30 minutes, no answer and no message indicating they were closed. Total garbage.

Absolutely terrible service. This store made a mistake on my online delivery order and promised a free pizza. Anytime I call to redeem the pizza they leave me on hold for 5 minutes or more then hang up. Anytime I call to speak to a manager they never let me speak to a manger. I work 60 hours a week and the pizza is always for my sick mother and my kids. This is absolutely crazy.
Food is always on point. Quick delivery. Customer service is great, took care of the one issue I ever had 5 days after. Which was not the employee's fault. Issue with the oven. Very respectable.
The left the pizza outside the building without asking me and sent me a picture. Terrible services

I always order from here no problem. The website is terrible. I ordered before closing, and was told my total and that i could pick it up. Then i was called back saying they can’t make my order, and that they never recieved my call. Sounds completely insane…. How are they going to say i never called when i hung up 2 minutes ago? Completely unprofessional.

This was the worst $30 that I spent the food was an edible. It did not even taste like pizza. It was cold I couldn’t find an onion on the pizza greasy no taste really really bad.
