Good quality donuts. Bagels were on the chewy side when I went a couple days ago. Egg sandwiches were very good though when I ordered them a couple weeks ago. The iced teas are good too.

Was good in the past but gone downhill completely. Its often very busy and lately they have been running out of most donuts. I ordered online and when I got there, they had nothing I wanted from the donuts left. And the staff person would not substitute it for a lemon cake. One particular staffer is very uncaring in preparing orders and is not friendly to customers. She was making drinks for customers who ordered after me and ignoring my order until I came up to the counter even though I ordered ahead. Once she did make it, she handed it to me without saying a word. You know, your coffee is not all that cheap these days and I can make mine at home so I have definitely reduced my visits, at least to this location. If you're going to have a nasty attitude like that, you don't deserve my money.

Service is terrible Certain people Shouldn’t be hired to work at Dunkin. if they’re gonna keep giving out attitudes to customers And the lady who served me also needs to get some hearing checks I asked for a large she gave me a medium and supposedly I wasn't being heard she didn’t ask me again because she was too busy giving out attitude to me she don't know how to blend out coffee or a mocha I ordered and I feel like every single time I go to this Dunkin anything and . Everything tastes horrible I prefer Starbucks instead

The day shifts workers and managers are amazing ! Anytime I come after 3pm I get burnt tasting iced coffee a and it takes nearly 15 minutes from when I FIRST placed my online order till they finally have it ready(one iced coffee)

This location messes up every time I go here. You have to ask for extra pumps of flavor to even get a little flavor in the coffee, the food is either cold or burnt, the coffee is always stale and gross. Rarely is this location ever decent enough to spend money in.

I have always order a large cold brew black with no ice. Went a couple days ago and was told they “can’t” do no ice any more, only less ice. I don’t understand why I can’t have the coffee the way I want it when you’re charging me almost $5 for one cup of coffee. Your owner sounds really cheap. I hope he doesn’t also skimp on food safety.
