So I always go to this Dunkin and get a large strawberry dragon fruit with no ice and it’s always fine, however I had an experience about a week ago where one of the managers literally screamed at me pointing his finger in my face accusing me of “ruining the recipe” I couldn’t fully understand him because of how loud he was screaming and also he was not fluent in English. However an employee came over to him and confronted him saying “the costumer is always right “ and he proceeded to scream at her and chase her into the back. I will definitely be calling to report this because this is NEVER ok like there is no reason we shouldn’t be able to get our drinks without ice. Ice waters it down and takes up space in the cup so you get less drink and like first of all those drinks are way overpriced anyway and the price keeps going up like this was completely unacceptable and will absolutely be reported!

Made me drive out of my way to another location after they refused to make my order because they didn’t know how to ring it in lol. absolutely ridiculous. i know damn well when i was working at DD if we had the ingredients we got the customer what they ordered and figured it out on our end because that is not the customers problem.

This location is hit or miss, good location, not much parking because of other establishments. Friendly staff. But depending on who's working will determine whether or not good service. Wait time was a little longer than I expected considering no one was in line.Location is clean. Plenty of selections.

Crammed and busy however the young lady at the register seemed laid back under pressure and had an awesome attitude which is super when you have been stuck in line for 25 min .
I'm not sure what happened a month ago from this review but it sounds like a salty employee had a bunch of their friends write bad reviews lol. This location always get my order correct and the woman with the dark hair at the window is an amazing human! She is always so nice and makes my morning commute so much better! We have to protect her at all costs! Love her!
