We arrived on time for our 5:30 reservation. No tables were free. This is OK. Amazing how many people arrived after us. Appreciate the hostess putting just the 2 of us at a 4-person table as soon as it was cleaned. The hostess did a good job with such a stressful arrival of so many people at 5:30 to 5:45. The backup of people seemed to be addressed very well. The waitress did a good job. She checked in a reasonable amount during our meal.

Hi, my name is Kayla Jae, my family and I ate at fresh catch last night. Dec 27, 2025. I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the way I have been treated by the manager and one of the waitresses. She was nice although she didn’t encourage me to fix my order to make it correct so I could actually eat with my family. The manager doesn’t really understand what I mean by this. They think it’s my fault and that I didn’t read the menu right. My family loved the food, but the sashimi menu wasn’t clear , I thought it was 15 pcs of sushi rolls. Isn’t the customer always right? I have worked 6+ years in food service and customer service in my career experience as an almost 24 year old woman. My 80 year old grandfather, my mom and her bf, my little brother who’s 8, and my boyfriend and I attended fresh catch last night. Everyone ate but me. I tried to fix my order with the waitress, and I ended up saying forget it because they were giving me such a hard time. The total of our order was $310 and we left an $80 tip for the waitress that didn’t even help me, I didn’t even get to eat with my family last night because I told her to forget it as I would just deal with the order I got wrong. It’s whatever but if the owner could message me or if I could get an incentive on this, that would be a blessing. After my talk with your manager today, the day after we went there, at this point, they may be losing valuable customer(s).

We were there for our 25th wedding anniversary and nothing was done to make it special. I thought that we would at least get a free dessert. Most places do that when you mention it's your anniversary or someone's birthday.

The best seafood restaurant in my area !! The seafood is delicious !! I am a Salmon “nut” , last time I was there I had Bourbon Salmon ! It was outstanding and my NEW go to meal ! Service was good and the restaurant was not over crowded and comfortable !!

The seafood platter was amazing, the bloody mary was amazing and the bar tender was super attentive and loved her! Went on a Sunday afternoon, wasnt very busy and the market next door had all the best looking food in the world!

Our low, 3 star review is due to management policy. We have been there several times and have taken advantage of the 16.99 plus beverage early bird special. However, this policy of not allowing people to take dessert to go is absurd. It is included in the price. The food is fine, the service is great but this money grab is insulting. We have decided not to return.
