We got a roast beef sub and a hot chicken sub. Both were very tasty. The service was friendly and quick. Planning another trip soon.

I love Jersey Mike's and frequent them often. But this Jersey Mike's steak and cheese was tasteless, and the bread was not fresh. I wouldn't go back to this particular Jersey Mike's again.

Bottom line: it’s always delicious. Had multiple problems with the soda machine, but the staff is friendly and the food is good. Didn’t see any teens causing problems or whatever. Will come back for sure.

After getting subs from this location for the thousandth time maybe more I decided to finally write a review. Thankyou Jersey Mike’s crew, you guys are awesome, every time I come here the subs are always bomb af !!! I only have positive things to say. 5/5
This location is so hit or miss I don’t find its worth visiting any more. After at least 10 out of a dozen visits being totally inedible, I’ll just get something else when I want a fast casual option. The amount of times I’ve ordered a sub mikes way from here and they have put SO much olive oil and vinegar on the sub that the bread has totally disintegrated is ridiculous. I have complained formally before and received comp sandwiches which I appreciated - but ironically the sandwiches I redeemed with the coupon were also inedible. Just avoid this location.

If I could give these guys more than five stars, I would. My son forgot to check our order when we are going to the Kenny Chesney concert. We are missing sandwiches. They went above and beyond to deliver them to us as we tailgated. I cannot say enough about this store their service.
The sandwiches were great. The food was great. The company was great, but they were great for going above and beyond.
I will hundred percent order from the store and use Jersey Mike’s wherever I can find them. My son goes to school in Maine and I know he eats them there.❤️

Went to this Mansfield location and ordered 3 giant subs for my crew for lunch. I understood they had to grill the chicken so I sat down and waited. After waiting for about 25 and seeing others who came after me getting there order I asked about mine. They told me they missed it. Decided not to wait anymore and asked for my money back. Not one of the kids offered an apology and made it seem like I was the bad guy for asking for my money back. Will never go back to this location

Every time I’ve gone here I’ve had an issue. The teenagers working are always rude and passive aggressive and get my sub wrong. Very disappointing location compared to the stoughton one.
