My husband and I frequent jimmys often enjoy the food , although we had a bad experience with one of your servers , I believe her name was Robbie , hair in a bun , she definitely needs an attitude adjustment , she was rude , although everyone else is genuinely nice and efficient , I was not happy with our experience

The food is decent but unfortunately after repeatedly going for both eat in and then forced to do take out orders because of the lack of respect and manners, whether over the phone or in person, the bar staff has made this place a bad experience for myself and my husband to say the least.

Very bad service. It was fortunate that we arrived early because we were heading to a show at the Xfinity Center. The server never checked in, we didn't see her for about 30 minutes after receiving our apps, and the food took about 50 minutes to arrive after ordering. It seemed like she wasn't bothered, and the pricing are also exorbitant!

Stopped in for dinner on a Saturday night, place was busy as there was also a nearby concert that night. Had to wait a bit to have a waitress come over to take our order but she was very apologetic and it wasn't a big deal. Food was very good, portions were fine, but price was pretty steep (77 dollars for 2 entrees, a beer and a vodka soda, although I'm now having to recalibrate now that prices everywhere are skyrocketing). I'm only giving it 4 stars because the price seemed pretty steep, but I would stop in again if I was in the area

Came to Jimmy’s before a concert this past weekend. I got the black diamond steak tips, medium rare. They were over cooked. The broccoli was not really seasoned and under cooked. My friend got the pastrami sandwich, and it was so dry you could barely even eat it. They melted the cheese on the pastrami, for too long and it turned rock hard like a hockey puck We hope to come back to try this place again sometime.

Very family oriented restaurant with a nice bar. Tried a burger take out, was very impressed. Very nice hostess too.
My family and I wanted to try somewhere new. This place did not disappoint. Good menu selection, family friendly. It was nice sitting out on the patio that day. Just overall a great experience. We definitely will be coming back :)

I was very excited to try this place for the first time as I had heard nothing but rave reviews. Terrible all around and will not be returning back when we arrived it was very busy on the patio however we were very quickly sat inside a relatively empty restaurant. Within 15 mins outside ended up clearing out. We arrived and were quickly greeted but it went all down hill quickly from there. We didn’t get our drinks mind you water, Diet Coke, and iced tea NO alcohol for over 25 mins. The waitress seemed extremely unbothered by everything happening and just disappeared for most of this awful experience forcing us to flag down another waiter. We ordered pretty basic meals burger, chef salad, chowder, and fish tacos. Food took over an hour. No one checked in with us as time passed and we almost walked out. Finally as we threatened to leave an hour and 5 mins after ordering we finally get the food which was sub par at best. They then offered to go boxes which did not resolve or help the situation once so ever. In the end they took off the 2 sodas and chowder for all the issues but considering how terrible the whole experience was they definitely could have done more. So disappointed and will not be returning or recommending this restaurant to anyone!
