I’ve been a loyal LongHorn Steakhouse customer for many years, sometimes visiting multiple times a week, and always had good experiences—until now. After a long 12-hour shift, I just wanted a quick, hassle-free meal. Unfortunately, both steaks came out at the wrong temperature. The manager offered to remake them, but when I said I just wanted to leave, he insisted that we shouldn’t leave hungry.
I repeatedly told him I didn’t want any food, but he persisted and ultimately had the steaks remade for takeout—even though I had no intention of taking them. Despite this, I was still charged $45 for one of the steaks. Even our waitress understood where we were coming from and respected that we didn’t want to argue or waste any more time—we just wanted to go home.
This experience was beyond disappointing. After years of loyalty and countless recommendations to others, I absolutely will not be coming back. LongHorn has lost a longtime customer.

5 stars! The steaks at LongHorn are always up to par—cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The service is amazing, and the bread they serve is always freshly baked with smooth, creamy butter. Every bite leaves you with a smile, and the portions are generous, making sure you leave satisfied. Definitely a go-to spot for a great meal!

We love LongHorn but it’s just so inconsistent across the locations. Someone please show the bartenders at this location how to make LongHorn famous red sangria. It’s the worst sangria I ever had. They just don’t put any wine and it’s 100% of sugary sangria mix. Please corporate train this location on how to make sangria. Other locations have amazing sangria. I have been here multiple times and tried Sangria 3 times and it was horrible all 3 times. Food is great. But Flo filet medium is sometimes raw and Outlaw is often too burned. But still food is good, overall. Service is always great.

My experience here was great. Steak came out the way I wanted. The sides were really tasty and drinks were always looked out for, for refills. Price ranges are slightly higher than your average spot. Like $22 and up and such. But the portions are pretty solid. To me, the price seems worth it, again, at least from my experience here today. Hope this helps.
Kid-friendliness: My nephew got a kids sirloin. Thay thing was awesome! Haha, looked like a mini filet. Again, pretty solid. My neice had the tenders and fries.

We had a table of seven and the service was excellent as well as the food and we would definitely go back.
Longhorn never disappoints. Always filling , delicious meals. Recently I picked up a take out order and the left out my mac & cheese, only gave 1/2 loaf of bread with 6 meals, no bread butter, croutons, or salad dressing. When we contacted the restaturant they were quick to rectify my situation. That one hiccup, and Longhorn is a solid dining choice sure to leave you full.
