Employees were very polite but we ordered 3 burgers and fries and 3 shakes and 25 minutes after receiving the food we checked on the status of the shakes and they asked us for our receipt to check if we ordered any. They made them quickly once we proved we ordered them but we probably should have been a bit less patient so we could've enjoyed them with the food.

Unbelievable! My food came out and the burger was completely burnt to the crisp, fries were undercooked it tasted like each a raw potato. Shake was basically just ice cream I had to ask for a spoon to eat it. And to top it all off they forgot my ranch. Worst food in Mansfield just go to Wendy's at this
Josh greeted us with a big smile and was super helpful with questions about the menu. The food was hot and delicious, a great smash style burger! I look forward to future trips and trying more of the menu.
