I do not recommend you to come here usually I don’t write reviews but this time I had to this is probably the 5th time I’ve been here. This time it’s like 90 degrees in the building it literally feels better outside. She says the air conditioner is on well it must be broken cause all I feel is heat. The heat also makes the bathroom smell terrible like straight sewage. Try not to throw up if you have to use the bathroom. GOODLUCK

The staff was very kind and personable. There was a little confusion about our order and it was rather inconvenient that we could not split the payment. However, it is a clean and spacious place!

I had the worst experience here . Walked in was not greeted the guy in front of me walked out because he said he was waiting to long . The tables were such a mess , they never offered the $1 items you could get with all you can eat . Then I asked for 2 more slices they brought one over to me and I said where is the other one . They said they need to make more and I waited such a long time finally I asked for the Manager I said this has been such a bad experience and she apologized but that was it never said let me check on your other slice nothing . Horrible customer service and I paid for all you can eat and basically didn’t get that . I will never be coming back to this location .

I really like these Papa Gino's with the old style ovens and not the conveyor type

Paid a visit to the Papa Gino's store to meet with a PIZZA PROFESSIONAL, by the name of Mike Hampton. I live an hour away from this location but a colleague of mine referred me directly to work with Michael because of the outstanding customer service she’s received from him in the past. I thought to myself, “ is it worth the drive to meet this guy when my local store is less than 10 minutes away? Probably not?” Well let me shout the answer out “YESSSSS!!!!” I’ve never had a more pleasant experience than I did with Mike. He went above and beyond to get me everything I needed on my pizza. He even came into the store on his day off on more than one occasion. Who does that? Mike does!!! He works out of a few locations but made sure to make himself available at the location that was closest to me to answer all of my questions regarding the party I was about to prepare for. He spent quality time making sure to answer any and all questions to get the results I was looking for.(and the inquisitor in me asks a LOT of questions) I could go on and on but for the sake of losing anyone’s attention I’ll just end this in saying you must visit the Mansfield Papa Gino's store and ask for MIKE HAMPTON!! You won’t be disappointed. Superb service!!

I ordered a large Hamburg pizza but got a large sausage pizza! I spent $16.30 plus tip and was told by the "manager" that she was the one that put the order in and she put it in as a hamburger pizza. I was told that she couldn't credit the mistake and if I wanted, I could bring the pizza back!!! REALLY!! Extremely bad customer service!!

Guy when you're wearing a cowboys sweatshirt and Papa Gino's is the official pizza sponsor of the pats. Don't be a jerk when people call you out. Especially when it's our seventh AFC championship game in a row. I was being friendly and you were a jerk. Kind friendly caring compassionate is not you. You're fired. I had originally rated two stars but then thought about the cheese pizza that was not typical Papa Gino's. You get no stars. Now that I think about it more, I feel like you're wearing that sweatshirt to be a jerk. 100% sober so that excuse is out the window. I asked you if you were from Dallas. What was you answer? ? ? Crickets....not nice.

I have never had a positive experience either eating in or delivery. Last two times I have ordered has been on a weekday, and both have taken over an hour to be delivered, and the food was cold. Not moderately warm, but cold. I don't feel any urgency from this place and they don't seem to care. There is a reason I only order when I am desperate, maybe once a year.
