It's just a "ghost kitchen", a.k.a. virtual restaurant. Businesses do this to flood searches with more results and increase sales without actually opening a new restaurant. They're making these mediocre subs in the Bertucci's kitchen and selling them out the back door.
Eddy Burback has a good yt video about it if you have time. It's really interesting and is actually bad for local businesses since they get pushed down in food delivery apps in favor of this garbage.
The webpage is generic and was created in 5 seconds with some stock photos and janky art. Like what is even this?
PSA: pickup is at Burtuccis. There are no signs but this is the pickup location.

This is actually a bertuccis, they're just selling subs. The pickup location is in the back. They dont have any signs. This is a very poor system. Also they didn't make the sandwich correctly...

This place simply does not exist. Drove around the whole plaza two times and it is nowhere to be found. When you call the phone number it routes you into a call center type answering service not an actual restaurant location.

Place is not open but says it is that's not Kool. This place should atleast have the courtesy to say closed or opening soon.
You’re not even open yet and I’m annoyed..How can you take someone’s money on a pick up order & then not even be open in general? On google it says you’re open, let’s you place an order… I show up “to the location” & it’s not open in general yet.Just annoying. Sorry.
