These are some of the best bagels around, not sure why they have so many negative reviews

I wish I could give Oliver 100 stars! The other employee seemed to be on their well deserved break when we went it, because it was only Oliver at the time. Greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and told us they would be right with us. Food was excellent and out in a timely manner. I’m so glad we stopped and will be coming back again soon!

Order took almost an hour to pickup after ordering online. They had three people on. Will never return.

I should have read the reviews prior to trying the Mansfield location, bagels stale at 730am, cream cheese had sour taste, staff complaining. If you want a decent bagel go anywhere else, absolutely the worst experience

I was surprised to see the bad reviews. I came here for the first time and ordered two bagels and a coffee. Not only was the food/drink great, but the service was great too. I was undecided on a coffee flavor, so one employee let me sample it first and was very accommodating. The other employees were just friendly and made the experience a good one. Would definitely return!

Employees look like they have no motivation to work It has took about 20 mins to take my order and another 20 mins to get my food. Employees look like they’re sleepy.

This is absolutely insane 40 minutes for ONE bagel. Not 2 or 3, but 1 bagel. I doubt this place will remain in business very long. You can not expect people to come back when most people who come here are on the way from or to a train station.

Not only did I have to wait 20 minutes past my “ready in” time they didn’t read my order and put things on my bagel that I asked to be removed! The Saturday worker was not very friendly. Percy however was so kind and listened to my concerns while I was waiting for my order. But the other workers need to read the slips better and be kinder to the customers.

I have never been so disappointed with an establishment. My boyfriend and I came to the Mansfield location on a Sunday and ordered 3 bagels - the only special request being garden veggie cream cheese added to my harvest bagel. The girl at the counter was not friendly and did not make us feel very welcome. After waiting approximately 35-40 minutes for our bagels, I received my harvest bagel with no garden veggie cream cheese which I was charged extra for anyways. At this point, I was discouraged and not in the mood to bring the issue to the unfriendly staff and wait another 35 minutes for the correction. The bagels were stale and not the choices we would have picked in the first place. By 11am, they were out of almost every bagel. This is the second time that I have had an experience like this at this location. I was hoping to give them a second chance to redeem themselves, but they in fact did not. I will not be returning to this establishment - if looking for a decent bagel with minimum wait times I would recommend Back Bay Bagel in Brockton, MA.

Cold, tough bagels at 08:00 on a Friday. One person working, struggling to fill orders and work the til. Bummer. Not worth eating.

If I could give a zero that would be better. $8 for two bagels with butter????? They charge you $1.40 to put butter on a bagel. The bagels are trash and the girl behind the counter was complaining in front of customers how she needs to leave already. Complete rip off. I live in NY and a dozen cost $6. I wound up paying $5 for two toasted bagels and had to go buy butter for change and put it on myself. You’re better off doing it all yourself. The quality of ingredients are trash too.
