Updated review:From 2 years ago this place seems to have improved. I bumped it up a star.Old review:The food is ok but the simple customer service is lacking. I cant speak for all the staff but there is one girl with dark hair that seems to always be working the cash register...she is just miserable!! I mentioned this to someone else and they had the exact same experiences with her and this store specifically. It is obvious she does not want to be there!! Go to CHIPOTLE across the street!!

Literally 2 tiny bite-size pieces of steak in my entire "burrito." Not even exaggerating! Insulting! I've never, in my whole life, seen this. Unbelievable!

I had a bowl last Sunday from the Mansfield location, I asked for birria brisket and shrimp after I ate a few bites I started feeling sick and I wanted to vomit , when I looked to the food I discovered that she puts pork instead of beef I can't eat pork how come that's ok with her she didn't put what I asked for , Iam very mad about the whole thing, no respect for my decision . I won't order anything from you ever again, always something happen every time I order from you

Nice restaurant in a convenient location near a ahopping center, with a large free parking lot. Pleasant interiors and music, clean restrooms. Fresh and tasty food at fair prices, very good service. Good place to grab a burrito if you're in a hurry, or dine in leisurely if you have time. Really!!! charging your customers $8.00 to order online then $3.00 delivery fee on top of that. $12.00 and didn't even start my order yet. You're getting little greedy!!! Nice way to lose/robb customers!! The food isn't that good anyway just more convenient. If I'm going to spend that kind of money I'll go to authentic place.

I’ve been going there almost everyday for the past 3 months, the place is always clean the food is amazing, they’ve always been good with the portions, Tanisha and everyone who works there are always nice with me, and i like the place even more after they did the renovation few weeks ago!Definitely recommend, will be still going there!

The last time I visited was 6 months ago. I got a burrito. Service was neutral. A few hours later I got food poisoning. I called the next day and spoke to the manager. Terri was immediately defensive, telling me that all theor food is fresh, so it couldn't possibly be their food that caused it. I didn't want free food or a refund, simply to make them aware to protect others. I got the 'too bad so sad.' Including my emergency room copay, it was a $112ish dollar burrito.

Love Qdoba (much better than Chipotle)! I think this is one of their better run franchisees :D super friendly staff and they seem to be very much on top of what ingredients they are low on (if any) or what needs to be done. So glad this place isn’t far from home!

Manager is absolutely disgusting. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Tried to make a customer drive all the way back for a refund after they made my rice bowl soup. Poorly ran establishment while constantly messing up orders.

I get food from this location at least once a week and the only time I ever have issues is when they have new staff training. And it’s not quality issues, just portions being a little off which is to be expected with new staff. The flavor is always great and the service is awesome. It seems to be a very well run establishment.
