Inform patrons upon arrival that they will not be cooking your meals in front of you before seating you. Is it just me or you pay the extra money to go to a Japanese steakhouse instead of your everyday chinese / mandarin restaurant for the extra experience.
Also wait staff needs to be better trained and all on the same page with tables and their orders .
