HORRIBLE. I have been coming to this restaurant for years we have had numerous family occasions here, including birthdays for my kids every year. The new owner of this restaurant is horrendous. I placed a takeout order 45 minutes before they closed and was called 6 times back to back and threatened and sworn at if I don’t pay over the phone, they will cancel my order. I told them I was 10 minutes away and would be there 20 minutes before they closed an wanted to pay in cash and he refused. I asked for the name of the person I was speaking to, and he refused to tell me his name. I would never support this business again, which is very sad. Avoid at all costs

Alan the hibachi chef was fantastic. He did all the usual flair: Onion flame volcano, tossing the piece of food into each person's mouth, sake squirter or water for the kiddos!
Food was hot, fresh, and tasty. They did a great job asking about allergies, and cooked food separately in the back kitchen for certain people that needed.
Only complaint was that drink service was extremely slow and they didn't check back often enough. Our whole group would have bought two or three more rounds if it was faster. However, it was very busy that night so understandable.
Very loud as most hibachi places are, what with all the knives and spatulas banging on the griddles.

Me, my little sis, and her husband all went into eat never been here before the service was awesome the food was delicious and fast a little pricey but thats hibachi for ya. The drinks were delicious as well. Just all around great place to eat and/or grab a drink

Decided to give Sake Steak House a try and I have to say was very impressed. I had the hibachi combo and it was absolutely delicious. If you are looking for a solid hibachi place defiantly check Sake out!

Worst place evver !! Nasty food!! Over cooked seafood!! I paid 70$ and it wasn't worth 20$ I told them about it being wayy over cooked!!! He covered a 30percent discount!! I left it there!! Wldnt give it to my dog!!! The seasonings tasted like puke!! Just gross!!!

Disappointing Experience Despite Good Food
It’s sad—good food ruined by awful attitude and zero customer care. Never again. Unfortunately, my experience was ruined when I found a hair in my food. When I brought it to the waitress’s attention, she was completely unhelpful and dismissive. The manager wasn’t even on-site, and no one else made any effort to fix the situation.
To make matters worse, when I paid and expressed my concerns, I was told not to come back and that they would refuse to serve me in the future. I’ve never been treated so rudely at a restaurant.
It’s a shame because the food has potential, but the terrible customer service and lack of professionalism completely ruined it. I won’t be returning — not because they told me not to, but because no customer should be treated this way.

My wife and I love this place. We order from Sake regularly. We got sushi and sashimi, tempura, and duck last weekend, and unfortunately, we both got bad food poisoning. It is sad because this was not the first time.
The atmosphere was nice, like most hibachi restaurants. My group of 12 was disappointed in the lack of personality. We only got one round of Sake and it was sprayed strong and not at a curved angle so we were choked. We were all envious of the other tables as their chefs put on a better show

This is the best Hibachi in Massachusetts!!! The price is just right for the service , quality and quantity of food. This has been our family favorite for celebrating birthdays and just a great family experience!!! We absolutely always have an amazing time when we go to Sake'! You will leave craving their soup and salads as well as your meal!!
