I made an order through the app. My card was charged, and I received a notification that my order was complete. I then drove 30 minutes to the restaurant, only to be told that they didn’t have any of the proteins I had ordered for both meals (blackened chicken and caramelized garlic beef). My orders were the Ranchy Baddie Bowl and the Hot Honey Chicken Meal. I asked for a refund, but they told me they couldn’t issue one because I had ordered online and the meals had already been prepared. That really frustrated me, why was my meal prepared and my card charged if some of the ingredients were missing? Why wasn’t I informed before placing the order? If a customer orders something and it’s unavailable, shouldn’t the app be able to notify them?

I only discovered this a week ago and it's already one of my main rotations. I go for the harvest bowl as a base. You get some swaps and admittedly the build your own bowl is not worth it compared to some tweaks to main bowls or salads. It's called health food but it's more like whole foods with a strong basis in chicken, sweet potato, quinoa, romaine, kale, chickpeas, you get the idea. All things I use as staples. People who are initiated already know, and it's a very welcoming scene at a solid value price point. Quantity and quality are superior over most to go diners by far.

I typically love Sweetgreen but we got a delivery through Uber Eats today that was unacceptable. The rice wasn’t really cooked so I practically chipped my teeth in the first bite. Also the chicken was missing. We got a refund through Uber Eats but there is not way to contact the store directly or get a replacement unfortunately so this is the only way we can get in touch.

Sweetgreen at Mansfield Crossing is the place to go for top customer care and high quality food that tastes great. I hardly ever write reviews, but this place deserves it. Every time I go in here, which is now daily, I get a healthy, tasty meal from people who care about each person who walks through their door and the food that they will be walking out with. In particular, Sky and Trevell have a natural ability to make you feel like a VIP - or family even. They genuinely care about you having a great experience in a timely fashion.
