Left after waiting 30 minutes for our chips and salsa app. No one else in the dining area. Bar had some people. When I could locate the one person I saw working outside the kitchen and asked about our food, she said she was the only one working. I told her to forget it, offered to pay for our drinks, and left.

I am not trying to be rude but how is this Fridays still in business. I went with my family and it took 15 minutes to be seated which isn’t a long wait but they didn’t have alot of customers. Once we sat down it seemed like everything I was trying to order they didn’t have. Such a certain apps and drinks. The waitress had to come back 3 times to tell me they didn’t have this or that. The waitress was nice however she wasn’t on top of it. She was chatting at the bar most of the time behind us instead of checking in. I know as someone that use to be a waitress things can get hectic however, the restaurant was not busy at all and lacked good management overall. The food was alright but I will never order the sushi from them again. It was not fresh at all and I couldn’t even swallow it. For almost spending $100, it was not worth it. I wish we had just left. Now if the service was good and the food was than I’d say otherwise. Respectfully this Fridays should be closed and I do not recommend anyone goes here to waste their money. Terrible experience and seems like no one was in charge.

Did not have any hostess seating people. Took a while to acknowledge us. Looked like they only had one person working. And she looked overwhelmed.Parking: Lots of spots easy to park.

I have attended this restaurant a total of maybe 5 times. I ONLY go to this restaurant when it's a last resort because of how terrible the food is. The last order I picked up I threw away over half of it. Overcooked, greasy, and wayyy too salty. They may have good deals but spend the extra few dollars and go somewhere else.

I met my wife at this Fridays, so it holds a special place in my heart. It's sad to see it these days.The service is consistently slow even when it's dead. There is never a host when you walk in, and, in my opinion, the menu changes are controversial at best. Don't even go in the bathroom.It's not a dump by any means, and I know everywhere has been struggling to find help, but this restaurant disappoints even amongst its down on their luck peers. Maybe if the pricing were more in line with places of similar quality, it would be a different story, but that is not the case.

The one we went to years ago was good. They have the same feel, but the varnish has come off TGI Friday's, and you are just left wondering, "Did I just pay that much for mediocrity?" The answer was yes, and I wish it wasn't. The server was very friendly, and the food was just so average.

Stood waiting for 10 minutes with kids and family before saying screw this and walking out very unprofessional company. The restaurant was not busy at all and I called them and the manager on duty tried using a shift change for an un acceptable excuse and had nothing to say or could even care the fact that a family just walked out of there business very horrible experience and such a shame what restaurants are now becoming very hard to find good ones these days

Without a doubt the worst TGI Fridays that I have ever been to. They brought my wife the wrong food all together. When they brought the correct food she said it was fair at best. My food was burnt. Don't even get me going on the martini. I ordered a Grey Goose martini and it was with out a doubt the worst martini that I have ever had. I couldn't even finish it. How this location stays in business I'll never know.

Went Saturday night and had to wait even though there was only about 10 people seated. Was told "another server was coming in at 5:00pm". After waiting about 15 minutes, we were seated. After another 5-8 minutes a server finally came and took our drink order. Waited again for several minutes, so after 30 minutes total in the restaurant, still no sodas. Finally got up and left, worse experience in a restaurant. Will never go back

As you can see from my profile, I rarely post negative reviews. Quite frankly, this experience was short lived. We walked in, were not greeted, and decided to sit at the bar. As soon as we sat, the bar tender gave us a dirty look and told us we couldn't sit and that "it doesn't matter if you go to the bar or the dining room, you're waiting 20 minutes until I can help you because I have no staff." I get it, people don't want to work in restaurants anymore. I own three companies and have a hard time staffing as well. But at the very least, apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask for us to head back to the unattended lobby and wait.

I phone ordered large 8 oz flat iron steak. ( i dont buy steak often and asked her if it was a good cut, similar to porterhouse, i didnt know what flat iron was. She assured me it was a very good steak)I inquired about size because i was splitting it between two adults, she informed me that it was a good size. I asked for the sauce on the side. Heres exactly what i got for 21.39 and they forgot the sauce!The steak was very tough had a thick layer of unable to chew fat on it. It looks good in the picture though. When calling on phone to place my order i was actually calling someone else in another location that was not working in any restraunt. She was pleasant, just didnt know anything about the food she was taking the order for. She put me on hold to call the restaurant to see if they could put the sauce on the side. Assured me they would but then didnt even get it at all.Disappointing. Wont go back. * since this review TGI contacted me looking to make it right, but only if i had my receipt.Too bad that went in the trash with the hard steak.

I’m here in Mansfield for work. Long drive with a lot of traffic. I finally settle in and I decided to order from Fridays via Uber Eats. I get my food, and not even 2 bites in, I notice black mush in my loaded mashed potatoes and my broccoli is old and had brown spots on it. What in the health hazard is going on here! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. Yes I did report it. Press your luck somewhere else.
